First time here and I loved it . The aroma just walking up was not disappointing. A nice warm and inviting atmosphere with a nice menu. Started the meal off with Nachos with smoked pork, which could have used a bit more layering on toppings. Very tasty stuff! Local tap selection was excellent and the kid’s Mac n Cheese could have fed a man. Real cheesy and kid approved. Main dishes sampled where Devil’s Pasta with chicken was spicy but not devil. Still delicious and the ladies split two meals so photos reflect half dishes with half dishes of steak on salad. Also cooked to perfection and delicious! The Cowboy sandwich was a tasty delight of cheddar habanero bread, with a cheesy mixture of smoked pulled pork was awesome comfort food winner. Only real disappointment was the roast beef was sliced too thin and rendered a bit too much of the taste out of it. More like a deli sandwich, just ok. Overall good experience and look forward to sampling more of the menu next time.

Zero stars for Sedona Taphouse – Fairfax.
Our ticket clearly stated no mushrooms on both items, yet they were still added. My fiancé is allergic and suffered a serious reaction — her tongue swelled and her throat started closing. She had to use her EpiPen. This was a medical emergency.
When I contacted the manager, he was completely dismissive and refused to take accountability, even though the order was from just days prior (February 13 )and clearly showed the request. Instead of concern , an apology or, ownership, we got excuses. The manager did not care. We plan on making a trip back up to this establishment to speak to a different manager or the owner.
Food allergies are not optional preferences — ignoring them can cost someone their life. The lack of responsibility and urgency is unacceptable. We will not be returning.Loyal customers lost.

We had a great experience. The server was great, offering suggestions for local favorites. We started off shaky some of the food items we wanted they were out of. We settled on the Tai Chicken wings as an app, then the land and sea, and crab cake dinner, finished with the Carmel cheese cake. The wings had a nice flavor and char, a sweetness with a very small undertone of spice. The crab cakes had a good amount of crab in them. For the land and sea the shrimp were perfectly cooked and it seemed like they used the same filler as the crab cakes. The steak we hit a bumpy patch, ordered med rare came out well done, mentioned to the server and the issue was corrected quickly. The second steak was perfectly cooked and seasoned. We’re not from the area but would definitely visit again if we find ourselves in the area.

My partner and I made an impromptu visit to Sedona and had a great experience. From the beginning, we received friendly and professional service. Our waiter, Brandon, greeted us and helped us walk through the extensive beer and liquor menu. He helped in picking beers tailored to preferred taste when I selected the beer flight. Each food item we received was tasty, well-cooked and well-presented. The NY strip steak was delicious and cooked to perfection. We loved the bread basket and the lush honey-butter and the prime-rib sandwich. The desserts – creme brulee and brownie sundae – had a size and were delicious. Also, the prices were fair. The portions are not huge but just right.

I haven’t been THIS impressed by a restaurant in a very long time. My husband picked out this restaurant while we were staying in town for an event and I am so glad he found this gem! I have a lot of food sensitivities so traveling and finding places to eat is always a struggle. We didn’t have reservations so we had to wait a bit, but it was way shorter than they told us.
I got the T2T Lemon Basil Martini and wow, it was such a perfect and refreshing mix of flavors!
I then ordered the Prince Edward Island mussels for a starter and I have honestly never had mussels this good. The flavors were robust but balanced and so delicious.
For my main course I went with the Beet and Goat Cheese salad and added salmon. Flavor explosion…literally almost cried when I took my first bite of this salad! What an incredible combination of flavors and so well done.
My husband got the STH burger and nachos (and somehow managed to eat most of it -their portions are generous.) He loved every bit of it as well!
Our server Carlos was wonderful and attentive, despite the fact that he was also manning a large party in the other room. He engaged in conversation with us and made us feel like we were his friends.
The atmosphere was great, very well done decor and the music was a great mix and kept us singing along.
My only regret is that you all don’t have one of these in Raleigh! Please come to Raleigh so I can enjoy these amazing flavor combos more often ☺️
