This place stands out not only because they have the most kind servers but also because of their varieties of food they serve. We arrived here after checking in at our nearby hotel and tired after a long day of driving, and a bit sick, I wanted some healthy varieties besides some ‘vitamins’ to put in me: I made the mistake of choosing some fizz as they did not have fresh juices/smoothies I need but as the server brought it to the table I realised they served milk. She insisted on bringing the milk instead: you do not see that everyday – this is the sign of a truly caring person!!!! Our meals were both OK and feeling better we went back to the hotel. Thank you Bob Evans for your amazing staff!!!

I’ve been here several times and everytime its a bad experience, either the waitress is rude or they don’t bring half what I order (I guess they like less tips), this time however a hostess couldn’t be bothered to come to the front to seat us and there was already a man that had just given up and sat down in the lobby. I waited for 5 minutes and walked out and I’ll never spend another dime here.

Left the interstate for a fast dinner. Needed to get back on the road to reach home for Mother’s day. Stopped here, since the parking lot didn’t have a lot of cars in it. Stood at the hostess podium for a long time, and then a counter staff member came over and reported that it would be about a half hour before there would be a table for two. Put our name on the list since the other restaurant across the way had a wait over an hour. The restaurant tables looked empty. There must have been a staffing shortage. Only saw two servers waiting tables. Once we had been seated, our server was pleasant and took care of us. The food arrived, it was as ordered and hot.

I will not eat at this restaurant again. Our orders were not complete and we had to continually ask for the missing items. We had to remind the server to bring another place setting. We had to repeated ask for beverage refill. She was not attentive to our table of four and the restaurant was not busy. The pot roast that I ordered was salty and the food looked liked it had been sitting under the heat lights for awhile

First time trying Bob Evans- good first impression! It was a nice, welcoming place and the people there seemed like they have that southern hospitality and made sure we had everything we needed. I ordered the Honey Butter Chicken and it was amazing, would definitely order it again. I got mac n’ cheese for the side, though, and it was cold. That may have been my fault for not eating it quickly, but who knows. The biscuits were probably the best part, our waitress gave us extra biscuits and I definitely had my filling of them. Overall, would come here again and it was a clean, welcoming place.

A 25 minute wait with minimal customers. Service was ok. Pancakes were raw in the middle. Waitress made it right reordering but the pancakes were still not done. Not impressed at all. I had better luck in Lansing Michigan Bob Evans when they had only 1 server.
