Will never come to this location again. Asked for 1 ranch sauce for my chicken sandwich and was told we charge extra for sauce. Chick-fil-A would never they would give you 10 sauces and let you bathe in it if you wanted. Nickel and dime you just lost a customer for life. I could understand if there’s a limit but like I can’t get one I already paid for my food.

Normal Wendy’s. Easy to get to off Rt 23. North. Not super busy most of the time, so you get your food quickly. Never had any issues with the food from this location.

Haven’t been back since they started charging for sauce. The meals are quite expensive now as well. Some things are a “cost of doing business” and in my opinion, condiments should be included in that.

The manager is extremely welcoming and caring. He treats his staff with respect and kindness. It is very nice to see. The restaurant is clean and the food quality is excellent. I would recommend this Wendy’s!

The manager working on 7/20 was incredibly kind and helpful. I don’t ever leave reviews especially for fast food joints but this gentleman was truly a pleasure and I just think he deserves a little recognition for his customer service and overall being a super nice guy. Food was fresh and came out very quickly ☺️

Went there today, ordered on the kiosk when my food was ready I ask for bbq sauce manager rudely said he would give me one but there is a charge for sauce, plus they have paper straws that ruin the drinks

Worst wendys location around the area! I’ve been there 3 times this will be my last ordered a combo 2 double baconnator they gave me a Dave’s double. Chillie with no cheese or crackers. Bad service worse food . Also, I don’t know what it is, but their burgers patty’s are always smaller than other locations!

This is the one Wendy’s location where my orders are consistently wrong no matter how big or small, it’s unbelievable. Either given regular nuggets instead of spicy or vice versa, a completely different burger from what I ordered, missing sauces, etc. Food’s still good at least.
