We greet the sunrise by slicing and juicing fresh fruits and vegetables, whipping French toast batter from scratch and brewing pots of our single-origin Project Sunrise coffee. Freshness is never comprised, which is why we welcome each season into our menu with ingredients and flavors inspired by the position of the sun. Don’t sleep on the seasonal menus! That stuff is almost always amazing. We tried the new Blazing Dragon and it’s a great drink. We’ve been to many First Watch locations, and this one is tied for first for us, with the New Tampa location in Florida. This location is the only one we have wanted and requested the same server on repeat, literally every time we come, and she might trade a table with another server or just add to her number of tables to accommodate us. She’s so kind and always greets my toddler by name, and she remembers our typical orders even when there have been months between our visits. The kids menu is great, better than most places we have been with our toddler honestly. The food is always on point, never takes a long time even when they’re busy, and we’re always asked if we need anything else throughout our visit. This location is five-star, truly. If every server could be like our favorite here, in every location, First Watch wouldn’t be able to build fast enough.

John is so friendly, sincere, and has wonderful attention to detail and great timing throughout our eating experience. We each had a chickichanga, so fresh and tasteful. Was not greasy. Our food the perfect temperature, and it was just the right portion too!

I hadn’t been here before but the space was nice and clean. It was several minutes before someone came to the front. I asked if we were supposed to seat ourselves. The lady at the counter had a waitress in training seat me and get my order, she was very nice. The food was delicious. I had the power wrap with fruit and bacon on the side, the kale tonic, a black coffee, and water. I plan to visit again.

John Horan is our server and he is the main reason we meet there. Over the years he has become a friend. Many customers come there because of him. If you watch him, he knows how to take care of people and he truly does like the customers. You can see and feel that.

Great little place. Million dollar bacon was awesome. French toast was great. Perfect crisp on outside and light and fluffy inside. Barbacoa breakfast tacos were good but seriously under seasoned for my taste. We do look forward to another visit next time in that area

Excellent meal and service! Thomas was super friendly and on top of everything we needed. He had great suggestions. The Ham and Gruyère was delicious, loved the mixed greens with the lemon vinaigrette dressing. Tomato basil was yummy too! Very clean and good vibes inside. One of our fave places!

My favorite breakfast place. The food is good, but my main draw is my favorite waiter, John. He is efficient, remembers the way I like the food prepared, and has a delightful sense of humor. John plus First Watch equals a perfect combination.

Had the choose two and I chose a Monterrey club on sourdough and a warm sweet honey pecan salad. Both were superb and very filling. Service was fine but not stellar. Everyone’s good around us looked great too! It’s def a busy place which is good!
