Placed an order on DoorDash, as I always do when ordering Burger King. Received an impossible burger that was pretty much raw through the whole patty so I called the restaurant with concern. The gal I spoke with could only respond with “you can get your money back on DoorDash and I’ll have to check my cooker” I then explained to her, it’s a food safety hazard and it’s pretty disgusting to receive a burger like this when they’ve never been this raw in the middle. She went ahead and told me since I didn’t like any of her options. All I can do is contact DoorDash, and that she had already told me she would check her cookers. I tried to then re-explain that this is a huge food safety issue and she proceeded to say “Thank you for calling in with your concern! Have a great night” and hung up on me. Since there’s no other Burger King location in Caldwell, I called the location in Nampa, which isn’t the same district unfortunately so they couldn’t help me, and the manager there prompted me to leave a Google review in hopes that the higher-ups to this Burger King restaurant would see this review. He did mention that the Burger King in Caldwell probably doesn’t cook their patties on a grill and that could be the reason.

Worst experience at a fast food restaurant ever, staff was rude, bacon was uncooked because they “already turned off their oven” and when we asked for a new one they were hesitant to give a new burger. When I asked for sauce the girl decided to throw it into my hand and I asked foot my shake since I already had my food and workers were rude about that as well. It took an hour just to get our food . The supervisor on shift couldn’t even deal with the issue and was no help at all. Overall this was my worst experience at any fast food place.

I went to this new burger king. It just opened and I don’t know what it was but the food was just better than other burger kings. A lot better! The staff was friendly and patient. And I have always liked burger king because of the size of their burgers, which is nice but for the other restaurants I had been leaning towards other fast food ones due to the taste of their burgers being different but this place was better. I hope burger king is turning around for the better. I still love their fries and chicken sandwiches too.

The lady taking drive through orders on 12/3 at 4:18 pm was very rude. She was just ignoring me and not saying saying and after a super long awkward pauses I would go “hello…?” And that happened 3 times. I was just awkward and unnecessarily unpleasant. The rest of the drive through staff were wonderful and professional it was just the girl on the mic. Food was great.

Busy Saturday night, drive thru. There was one cook. Finally got to the window. One person at the first window to take payment, doing nothing else. Got to the second window and the supervisor is eating, with two other employees watching one cook get things made. We waited 20 minutes in the drive thru. Disappointing, but whatevs. The whopper was very good!

I had a really disappointing experience at this Burger King. I was sitting there, and it felt like the staff were laughing at me because they thought I looked too young to drive-which I’m definitely not. I waited for 15 to 20 minutes while they were joking around in the back, saying things like “give me a hug,” but | still hadn’t gotten my drink. Meanwhile, my food was just sitting on the counter for all that time. When they finally came out, they just tossed the fries into the bag and handed it to me without even putting the food in a heat lamp or keeping it warm. The whole experience felt unprofessional and disrespectful.

Brought my family here for dinner on a weeknight. It was in the evening, there was lots of parking available and places to sit. The person that took my order did not seem trained very well. He kept making me repeat myself and had to charge my CC twice due to his inability to understand what I was ordering. Overall I am giving it a 3 stars because it’s Burger King and there was really not much to it. Very updated location and I appreciated the cleanness of the place. They also have interactive screens in the play area. I would come here again.

This unappetising hot mess is supposedly a whopper. Who ate 1/4 of my hamburger patty? Where’s the tomatoes? When I called to complain told they “had run out of tomatoes two hours ago just got them back in”… but I couldn’t be told that when ordering? I intentionally bypassed other establishments for this place. I do have a choice Caldwell BK. From now on it won’t be you. I didn’t bother to eat the burger, who knows where it’s been looking like this. Do better Caldwell BK, it isn’t that hard!
