The line was empty and my order taken immediately. But the wait to pay and get my food was horrible. I’m actually quite used to a line that moves slowly at any McDonald’s. When handed my food I checked to make sure everything was there but I didn’t know I would need to open my chicken nugget boxes to verify I received actual chicken nuggets. I drive over the bridge back to my home in Memphis. When I got home my kids were excited to eat McDonald’s! I had already ate a fry and they were under cooked terribly but my kids don’t really eat the fries anyway, I do. I also paid for them! But when I got the chicken nuggets out and opened the box there were 2 sausage Pattie’s inside the box. Not only am I extremely disappointed but so are my sons. Yea things happen but this right here is just unacceptable. I contacted corporate immediately after trying to contact the store directly and all they said was that a manager would contact me. If I weren’t sick I would drive right back and ask for a refund but being sick and absolutely worn out, I will save my gas and never go back again to this location. I know the Memphis locations are struggling terribly bad and I thought after leaving Walmart in west Memphis I would treat my kids and it would be better than our locations. I was wrong and it’s sad that so many McDonald’s have become so horrible. If I had money to waste, I wouldn’t even care. But i don’t! I have 3 kids and 1 income. McDonald’s is a privilege for us all!

I ordered online got to the window to pick up my order just to be told they didn’t have the McRib my boyfriend ordered went back and forth about what he could order the The lady in the window kept closing the window before he could give out the full order for what he wanted in exchange for the McRib. Then we got told to pull up to the pool and then a lady came out and told us to come inside for the manager only to be handed the exact McRib. They told us 2 seconds ago that they were out of. Then when we went to eat our fries both sets of fries are undercooked and not even salted and very very tasteless manager. Didn’t apologize or anything. Just asked if we had the McRib and then handed us the bag without any napkins in said bag.Drinks was not even full.

We hit the drive thru and got a couple of burgers. We originally ordered 2 double quarter pounders and was told they were out. Really? Out of quarter pounders? All they had was 1 single quarter pounder so we took that and a big Mac. I don’t know about the Big Mac but the quarter pounder and my fries were cold. They were also really slow . They stated they only had 2 people working at that time. How long does it take to bag a couple of cold burgers and fries? Just curious.

The ordering process was really good. The payment took too long, I had to pay cash because the CC machine was not working and then, we had too wait longer than usual for what I consider a really popular items. The chicken was good, but the fries were quite hard. The happy meal was on point.

Woman handed me my bag with half my order in it and when i said something about it she asked for the bag back and accused me of stealing the food i didn’t receive in the first place. did not enjoy the nasty lady licking her fingers digging through my bag before giving it back. Terrible waste of money.

Me and my family was ordering breakfast. They wouldn’t let us order a combo and then when we asked for mustard they didn’t have any. The food was burnt as well. Someone was fussing at the employees in front of the restaurant even though there was only 2 other guest in there with me and my family. They acted like they did not want to work.

I paid (in cash) for a quarter pounder and an Americano, the lady asked to make sure it was working before I paid.
A few minutes later the manager gave me my burger and told me the machine was not working, then told me she could not refund the cash I just paid them , I even have the receipt….

They tried to take my pennies instead of giving me a nickel, Stating they don’t have pennies. I wouldn’t let them rob me and got a refund. The manager is wild and out. I could hear here from inside screaming ,”we ain’t got no pennies “.

Bought a fry and drink I asked for a ranch sauce, the Hawaiian or Mexican looking girl with two pigtails told me it’ll be 25 cents! I said ok handed her the change and asked for a receipt she just threw the change in a cup like a tip jar??? When I asked for a receipt she said she don’t ring it up, I asked so how are you charging for sauces then?? She couldn’t answer that I asked if this was some sort of tip jar she never answered that either! Instead with the ranch in her hand she dug back in the coin cup and handed me .26 cents back lol! Never gave me the ranch instead she said she could ring it up but she trying to move her line! What a joke! I then went inside and asked for a ranch the black was about to give it to me and then the big white lady was like.25 cents she had a black shirt on! Maybe the supervisor? The black lady it’s going to be 25 cents I said ok I need a receipt she said I can’t ring you up, you just heard me say that register didn’t have a drawer!! WHO ARE YOU TALKING TO! So I just left with my ranch and my 25 cents but I’m glad I don’t have to deal with these people on a regular cause the customer service is HORRIBLEEEEE!
