The staff was very disrespectful didn’t have people skills and talked down to me belittling me and my friend like we did something wrong because of their mistakes or lack of wanting to do there job. I felt humiliated belittle and attacked by the two staff one was the manager and the other a worker both talked down to myself and friend my ticket number was 99 why was it so hard for them to just do there job properly and be humble instead of assaulting us with words and humilitating and belittling us in front of other customers. I’ll never go here again and I feel sorry for other people who get disrespected here. It’s not the first time someone has dealt with these staff members.

I brought my granddaughter to this location so she could eat and have some fun on their play structure. While she was playing the manager came up to me saying I needed to move my truck from handicap parking. No I was not parked illegally, I have a legit placard prescribed by my Dr and fulfilled by secretary of state. The poblem was that was also their loading zone and there delivery truck needed to pull up there. So no I don’t recommend this place, manager is disrespectful and ignorant to the law. They are not ADA compliant. My granddaughter was so heart broken, she loves her nana play dates. It broke my heart to hear her cry.

WATCH THEM. You’re spending your own money but they will jip you. I ordered two large iced coffees and they tried giving me mediums. When I told them they were medium they tried to gaslight me at first and then when I insisted they were medium they took them back. Watched them ask the manager, then put them into large cups, filled them with ice so the coffee reached the top and gave them back to me. They seem lazy and aren’t concerned about wasting your money at this McDonald’s. There have been so many instances like this. It’s your money. Save it or go to another McDonald’s. This one needs a lot of training and a new manager!!

What happened to customer service? The guy at the 1st window practically threw the receipt at me, and the girl at the 2nd window did the same thing with my food. No words from either of them. I know it’s just fast food, but come on. A simple thank you or have a good day wouldn’t kill you.

Hi,
I’m reaching out because I was very disappointed with my breakfast order. I spent $28 and watched an employee add water to three of my orange juices before serving them. The drinks were clearly watered down.
My brother-in-law is a store manager at McDonald’s, and he confirmed that this is not acceptable and that I was essentially being ripped off. I paid full price and expected full-strength juice, not watered-down drinks.
I wanted to bring this to your attention and would appreciate this being addressed.

This is the SLOWEST McDonalds I have ever been to. They are never busy, the few times I have gone there are maybe 1-3 cars in the drive thru and it takes them 10+ minutes every time. This would be fine if my food were fresh. The fries are ALWAYS soggy and limp, the fry containers are only half full, and the chicken nuggets are always soft and mushy. I tried to get the spicy McCrispy one time hoping the sandwich would be more fresh since they don’t make as many..nope! They put hardly any sauce on there and didn’t put the pickle chips on the sandwich either.

Save your time and your taste buds and hit up literally anything else besides this McDs

Avoid if playing monopoly. No monopoly stickers on large cups or larg fries. So If you are coming for monopoly stay away. Bought 2 large meals and only got 2 stickers out of 6 I should have. And Gave me zero sugar coke instead of the dr pepper I ordered. An also wrong sauce for nuggets and nuggets are rock solid way over cooked. now my kid won’t eat his food smh

I visited later at night probably close to to closing time, it appeared that they were running less than a skeleton crew, but the way they handled l of the vehicles was efficient. Tool a little time before being able to place an order, bit once it eat placed payment and receiving the food and beverages was very quick and the food was the hottest freshest food I’ve ever had at any McDonald’s so worth the wait.

Forgot my iced tea and the chicken tenders were so small for $10. Then they conversed with each other in Spanish. She did apologize and gave me a tea but the damage was done. Won’t go here again

I ordered through DoorDash a bunch of food from this store and when I received both of my large fries.I was completely shocked to see that the combined amount of fries would barely if at all equal one large fry And before anybody says the bag was still completely sealed with the McDonald’s bag seal.
So not only will I be contacting DoorDash. I will be contacting DoorDash. I will be contacting McDonald’s corporas. All attempts to contact the store itself. Have fall through.
