Drive thru employee Jasmine needs additional training. Asked to repeat my order and in between the eye rolling and rudeness she obviously could care less in regards to customer satisfaction. I told her to cancel my order. Contacted corporate on my drive to Whisett to other McDonalds. Looking at reviews at this location, I should have went elsewhere like others are.

Terrible experience. Stoped at the drive thru on the way to work. Pulled into the outside lane. One car waiting ahead of me. No cars in the inside lane. Heard the cashier tell him just a moment. Proceeded to watch 5 cars pull in after us into the inner lane and get their orders taken all in a row. The man in front of me still sitting there and no one bothered to take his order to this point at all.
Complete load of bull. Stupidest idea in history to have double drive thrus in the first place. Rarely ever can the staff seem to handle all the orders in a timely manner. And only seems to perpetuate people being able to cut in line. Especially if your staff is only going to take orders from one lane. Why even bother to have lines at all or any common courtesy if people who pull in 10 minutes after you get through and out before you. At least be fair about it and go back and forth each order between the two lines. But to just sit there and take 5 in row from one lane while ignoring the other. I just left. Who knows how many more people got to screw the man over ahead of me. Extremely dissapointed!

I was ordering a large order and was able to have an exceptional service by Shelby, she was very cordial and professional. She made sure I had all my sauces and extra napkins for the kiddos. She made the atmosphere very peaceful and would definitely be some of the best service I’ve gotten at any fast food /restaurant in a very long time. Will definitely be back, deserves a raise!

My husband just went threw their drive threw ok he requested 4×6 piece nuggets. He gets home and there was 4×4 nuggets in the bag. Fuming over the stupidity of these employees we live in Greensboro now it’s to far to go back but he didn’t get a receipt was offered but he didn’t want it. So we have 16 nuggets instead of 24. Just bad service not to be paying attention to their job. He goes by there ever time he’s in the neighborhood, but says that’s the last straw. No more going there. So I would like an apology from you people by the way I don’t like your food.

This place was a quick stop this morning while traveling in Greensboro, NC. It was busy! Way out in a quiet community, it was busy, but the team was on fire ! Hustling, pulling out all stops to deliver a hot, tasty meal. This site gets an A ++ for their effortless work in juggling the drive-through and handling the walk-ins. The place was clean inside and outside around the building. Put a pin here. Service was quick and friendly. If you are in the area, go by. Ordered DoorDash from the NC Mt Hope Church Rd location. These idiots literally didn’t put my food in the bag. Any of it. I ordered a burger, fries, drink, and pie. The bag was just a drink, pic included. Then they don’t answer the phone when attempting to call to resolve the issue. Incompetent staff!
