So disappointed today: I came on Saturday and had a 5 star experience as I was able to modify the classic sampler to switch out artichoke dip for queso.
Today this bar tender was pissed we asked, and wouldn’t let us switch. Further scan of the menu I found out the queso and chips is cheaper than artichoke dip and chips.
So basically the bartender just didn’t want to do the modification, as any business owner would understand a substitution for a lesser item would also be approved.

Food was good. But the biggest rave is to Josh our server. It was busy and he was running table to table. And He still checked on us multiple times. Had an amazing attitude even with being that busy and was so kind. Hands down he’s the best server I’ve ever dealt with. When we go back we’ll definitely request him

Medium rare steak that went to the kitchen to be re heated came back to the table and still looked like rarer than rare, a double shot which was really just a shot both times i ordered one. Never really finished the steak because it was pretty much raw on the inside.

Visited the Rock Springs location and do believe our Waiter Josh was the best Waiter I have ever had in this town! He was kind, attentive and went out of his way to make sure my food was exactly what I wanted. I’ll be returning and hoping Josh will once again be our Waiter!

We had a fantastic experience at Applebee’s AND our favorite server is back! The food was delicious, the atmosphere was welcoming, and everything came out perfectly. The highlight of our visit was our server, Josh—hands down our favorite! He is always friendly, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed without ever feeling rushed. Josh’s positive attitude and great service truly made our meal memorable. We’ll definitely be back and hope to be seated in his section again. Highly recommend!

I came in during my lunch yesterday and I was pleasantly surprised at the difference of service, food, and the atmosphere since the remodel. Josh truly deserves a raise and he does great, and he gives awesome service! I ordered the bourbon chicken and sausage pene, and it was very well cooked, also! I will be back. Kylie was amazing! She handled our large group excellently. She was very good at refilling our drinks and getting us anything we needed. The food was great but the music in the restaurant was a little loud.

My husband and I both had burgers the other night, my husbands bacon was undercooked, but other then that it was a great night. Our server Kylie was the real star of the show. Not only is she adorable, she was hilarious and on top of everything. Thank you Kylie for transforming our regular, average day into something to remember.

I had such a great experience thanks to my server, Vivian. She was attentive, friendly, and made sure everything was perfect throughout the entire meal. She checked in at just the right times without ever feeling intrusive, and her warm personality made the visit even better. You can tell she genuinely cares about her guests and enjoys what she does.
If you’re dining here, definitely ask for Vivian she’s wonderful!
