This Wendy’s is awful, everytime I go in the morning at 8 am they can never seem to open on time. I will be honking from 8 to 8:30 and no one will answer the drive thru and the front is locked but guess what you can see someone walking around the restaurant. They deliberately don’t open or answer so they won’t have to take any orders so early. They are ridiculous and deserve less than 1 star. Don’t waste your time

I’m leaving a negative review because Wendy’s has started charging customers for their sauces. I don’t mean that they are charging for additional sauces but ANY requested sauce for nuggets, burgers and fries, etc. This information was not disclosed of course until after I paid for my meal and then was required to make a second transaction for two packets of sauce!!!

I ordered the first and second picture “a taco salad” I got a container of lettuce cheese and minimal amount of chili AND a bag of chips. THAT IS NOT A TACO SALAD. I tried to put it all together it don’t work. Dave is rolling over in his grave. YOU SHOULD BE ASHAMED!!! You deserve NO stars!

This place is a joke at drive thru, needs serious help in drive thru. Not efficient at all. Slow as molasses while taking order. Even when. Not busy at all 2pm.. won’t acknowledge you being in drive thru at intercom. Will ignore you. And take sweet time to take your order. Untrained employees are driving your clientele away from this busniess. This place should be busy.. I drove off from drive thru. Good luck.

That Strawberry Frosty was delicious! The environment was clean and the service was great. Very friendly staff and not to mention they have a “chill” spot with couches where I was using my laptop w/ their free wifi.
