I came to this location as a paying customer and left feeling unsafe.
After being asked to leave, I complied and walked out. The manager then followed me outside holding a metal rod. Proceed to hit me with the rod – trying to Insert dominance.
That is not customer service. That is intimidation.
But.. she FAFO!!!
No customer should ever experience this type of behavior from management.
I reached out to corporate and they’re investigating the situation!

I love this McDonalds and everyone is wonderful! Christopher is the real MVP! His customer service skills are very professional and super patient taking orders through the drive thru with such kindness and grace! Thank you for making my McDonald’s experience a great one, he came to deliver my bag to the car outside with such professionalism! Kindness is not common in other McDonald locations……

Dre is honestly one of the best McDonald’s workers I’ve ever come across. The second he spoke through the drivethru speaker, he sounded genuinely friendly not forced, not rushed, just real. When I pulled up, he greeted me like he actually cared about making sure everything was right, and he handled my order with this calm confidence that made the whole experience feel way smoother than it had any right to be. My food was perfect, nothing missing, and he still took a second to ask if I needed anything else. You can just tell Dre takes pride in what he does, and it makes a huge difference. McDonald’s needs more people like him.

Last night I visited this location for the 1st time. It was extremely busy, but the night crew was on point! Super professional & efficient. *Also, special praise to Mgr(?) Alexander. The manager and employee was fighting the food was nasty looked like it was thrown together. My order had a larger fry and a20 pice McNugget and the manager made me pay for one sauce. The guy in front of me had gotten two cheeseburgers and she didn’t charge him. The costumer service was horrible. On top of that I waited 30 minutes for two item. She needs to be replaced and the employee that she was arguing with as well. The fries as you can see in the picture are half full and mushy.

I ordered by using a code in my app in the window. I redeemed points to get a McChicken, and also ordered a medium frozen coke. I didnt realize I had my debit card linked to the app so I was charged before I even pulled to the first window. The girl with blue hair who took my order was BEYOND rude even while taking our order. After she confirmed our order at the window, she informs us that they ran oit of frozen coke (couldn’t they have told us while ordering? She was too busy being mean). When I asked if she could cancel it, she replied SUPER MEANLY that they couldn’t because “you decided to have your card in the app” verbatim. It took me aback. So we just asked for a regular medium coke. We then asked the guy on the second window if it was true that the order couldn’t be changed, and he was just as rude. I understand working in customer service sucks sometimes but there was NO reason to be this mean and rude. The girl with blue hair is miserable.

Let’s start at the beginning used the kiosk to order which was fine until I decided to turn my steak egg and cheese bagel to a combo after ordering the sandwich which was fine but it wouldn’t let me change the drink size asked a employee for help he made a comment to press something on the screen as I did it did not work then he walked off with no further help then trying to find a clean table was hard only maybe 3 in restaurant with one already taken had to ask multiple times for napkins so we could clean the table I could understand if it was busy or rush time but it was fairly slow and easy going out food came out fast has brown was good I made a comment about the issue with the drink was not acknowledged the chicken biscuit was over cooked and dried out as Fr the Steak egg and cheese bagel I’ve never seen a smaller piece of meat from McDonald’s with only 5 onions on it usually always covered this is the only thing I eat from here and usually it’s worth it even with bad service but today was an all around busy and loss

Do not come to this McDonald’s. the workers are rude. They are slow. Your food will be cold and when you order a large fry, you’ll only get a medium or small fry. I have made a complaint before and no one takes anything serious at this point. They just need to close this location cause I have been to other locations and the service is a lot better and better food and you actually get a full thing of fries.

I can’t rate atmosphere because I went through drive thru. First I haven’t eaten McDonald’s in about 2 years now. I decided to go and get a meal. I asked if I can get a small meal and it doesn’t exist anymore. They said your only allowed to get medium or large in a meal.
Not cool really. I didn’t want to buy a bigger drink or fries.
The crispy chicken strips is what ordered. The fries were done with heavy oil and not cooked all they way. It’s at a point where they look cooked but limp and greasy. Waste of money!
The new chicken strips were somewhat ok. They had a taste of them sitting around too long. The coke tasted watered down and ice cream cone was the best out of everything.

I recently had a less-than-ideal experience at a restaurant I ordered from using their app. I was surprised to find that the establishment was completely empty when I arrived. Despite the lack of other patrons, my simple order of just a couple of items seemed to take an unusually long time to prepare. I made sure to include my table number in the app, hoping to streamline the process. Perhaps there was a miscommunication or some issue in the kitchen, I’m not entirely sure what happened. I hope they can improve the efficiency of their service, especially when the restaurant is so quiet. Ultimately, I just wanted a quick and easy meal, and it didn’t quite work out that way.
