It felt like coming home! The owner immediately recognized me as “the customer who I gave the little version of the Cobra beer glass.” We both laughed, but the best part: he kept his promise! This time I received the bigger version of the Cobra beer glass! How awesome is that!
On top of that special moment, the food was absolutely delicious. Authentic flavors, freshly prepared, and served with great care. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming,
you truly feel valued as a guest. This restaurant not only excels in food, but also in creating personal connections with their customers.
I’m so glad I came back. Without a doubt, this is one of the best Indian restaurants you could ever hope to find.
See you very soon again! ️ ✨
portions are great!! and the rice is really nice
The service is amazing, the staff are really cooperative and nice.
The chicken in the biryani was cooked perfectly.
Now on to the rest of the food:
We ordered lamb tikka masala, the lamb was tough, and the sauce was sweet.
The chicken biryani did not taste like biryani at all, it was flavourless. The chicken added in it was boneless which didn’t help at all.
Overall, if you’re accustomed to desi food abroad which is adjusted to “western” spice levels, then you may like this place. If you’re looking for a taste like back home, you’d be disappointed.
The prices are not too bad, but considering the taste, it wasn’t worth it for me.
We tried the Dal Makhani and Vegetable Fried Rice, and both were outstanding. The dal was rich, creamy, and full of authentic flavours, and the fried rice was perfectly cooked and well seasoned, simple, fresh, and satisfying.
What I loved most is that the food doesn’t feel “modified” for foreign taste buds, it truly feels Indian. A very comforting experience if you miss home-style Indian food.
Highly recommended for Indians and anyone who wants to experience authentic Indian cuisine. Will definitely visit again! ️
The consistency of the fish in the tikka masala was like mush, like frozen fish that was defrosted then heated and reheated repeatedly in the same sauce.
We started with cocktails and appetizers—the Blue Lagoon was great, the lentil soup was a 10/10, and the garlic naan was delicious. My lamb tikka was perfectly cooked, and my friend’s chicken dish had an amazing sauce. Overall, the food, drinks, and ambiance were excellent. We paid around €40 per person, and I’d definitely recommend this place!
