Terrible customer service and it’s always a manager too.. I don’t know if it’s a manager trained thing where you tell your managers to be rude to your customers…. very very rude in the drive-through. food taste like dirt . Don’t waste your money or time here. Like genuinely. Burger looked like it was thrown around the restaurant 10 times. Fries were not filled all the way in fact, they put ketchup in the fry pod above the fries to fill them completely.

Staff was friendly and food came out quickly. Ordered the sourdough breakfast sandwich and thoroughly enjoyed it, I don’t think I could’ve made it any better. All the breakfast meats in one sandwich with egg and cheese on toasted sourdough iced mocha was good a little sweet for me but I enjoyed it. Breakfast is served all day.

I never thought i would say that a fast food joint could feel so expensive. Food brought out to us looking as it would on tv with a customer service smile for miles. There is an extremely proud manager whom works here by the feel of the environment. The staff is friendly and the food was tasty.

I’ve never been to JIB before where you have to buy something before you could use the restroom. The employee ( in a black shirt) at the counter assumed right away that was the only reason me and other customer’s who entered after me where therefore ; just to use the restroom. Employee stated “you have to buy something before we could let you use the restroom”. It’s rude especially if you’re driving in from a different city. That should not be allowed.

Service was not bad. The 2nd person apparently did not know it was my mobile order was sitting there. Everyone was nice in drive through, especially for just prior to 1am. However, my fries were stone cold within 6-10 drive. And I could not chew through my Crispey chicken on the Ranch Homestyle. I could mostly tear with fingers but it would make a wet noise and I it was unchewable, like rubber. It cost more than $14 for this combo and it was all inedible, but I was too far to go back that late.

Jack in the Box location… the manager Sarah is great, I always have a special off menu order… Sarah and the rest of the staff went above and beyond to make my experience perfect even during the lunchtime rush…fresh food and friendly people… I chose to sit in to eat, the dining area was very clean and inviting!!

I’m very disappointed with our recent visit here. I have a big family so it’s not cheap to feed them and unfortunately 4 out of 5 meals we ordered were wrong! And the wait for our mobile hour was 45 minutes. Not to mention the person at the front was rude and ignored us. Very disappointing.
