Lovely
We came from Florida and enjoyed a very nice Italian meal. Service was great and the food was hot and delicious. We ordered the mussels, lobster bisque, short rib ravioli, salmon with risotto and for dessert cannoli. We enjoyed everything!

Nice bustling restaurant, with indoor and outdoor seating, as well as, stools around a 3-sided bar (and TVs). We were there at lunch. Our food was very tasty.

We visited Tramici’s on 3/6/2026 for the first time. We are visiting from Wisconsin and staying nearby. We had lunch at 2:30 and a GREAT waitress named Mary B.. She explained our pizza options and salad and sandwich choices. We chose a pizza with 2 different halves, a salad with shrimp, and a Bacon, lettuce, tomato and Mozzarella on Toasted sourdough bread. My partner had a Fabulous salad with perfect shrimp. I had the BEST BLT sandwich!! The bacon was included in EVERY bite! We both LOVED our pizza! We are only here for another week, but we’ll be back more than once.

Let us congratulate the efforts made by individuals providing delicious handmade pasta dishes, wine/libations and delightful customer service because Tramici has done it all. My group enjoyed their meals and our pleasant server was knowledgeable. Atmosphere is contemporary causual, so bring yourself, family or friends for an enjoyable meal. Ample seating is available for parties of 4 or less whether its a booth, table or at the central bar. Call ahead for larger groups. Pricing is comparable to similar restaurants serving Italian cuisine. Plenty of free parking exists around the building as this place located in quaint shopping center.

Above average Italian restaurant. Visiting family in St. Simons and had reservations for a Saturday night birthday celebration. Casual Italian restaurant, where the food is excellent. Not exactly a cozy feel, pretty open and not a lot of atmosphere. But we were there for the food and all dishes were very good. Service was kind of slow, especially after ordering our drinks. Thought it was odd we were never offered bread, which is a first for an Italian restaurant. It apparently is extra if you want bread but we were not offered. Overall an OK experience just nothing special.

This review is long overdue! I’ve been to Tramici countless times, and the food and service is always incredible. I am a creature of habit and typical get the chicken piccata or short rib ravioli, but I really must congratulate the team on their pizzas!!! We ordered a variety for our daughter’s birthday last night (hot honey, funghi, white, margherita, pepperoni), and they were all DELICIOUS! We all agreed it’s our favorite pizza on the island, and I can’t believe I’ve been sleeping on them all these years. Tramici is the best 🙂

Tramici is a solid option for Italian food on St. Simons Island, but it didn’t quite live up to the hype for us. The food isn’t bad by any means, it just leaves a bit to be desired if you’re used to classic New Jersey or New York–style Italian. The flavors lean more Americanized than traditional.

That said, for St. Simons Island, it’s a decent choice and clearly a popular spot. The highlight of our meal was the stuffed mushroom appetizer, which was easily the standout dish and very enjoyable.

Overall, Tramici is fine for a casual Italian dinner, just don’t go in expecting East Coast Italian levels of flavor or authenticity.

Great vibes, awesome service, food was delicious but the portions are all messed up. We got the hot honey pizza which was absolutely amazing! We would have that again in a heartbeat My husband got the chicken piccata and it was mounded over with 2 chicken pieces, delicious! My short rib and cheese ravioli was tasty but it came with 4 very mediocre sized ravioli. And I wasn’t even sure it had the short ribs until our server mentioned it was in the ravioli itself. Honestly it looked like the leftovers someone out back might take home for dinner after work, not quite a meal but something. It was tasty for sure but sitting next to my husband’s $2 cheaper meal I feel completely jipped. Be warned! I hear the lunch portion of the short rib ravioli is 4 ravioli and the dinner portion is 6.

Food was great! Service left a lot to be desired. The waitress/hostess/bartender seemed very annoyed to be bothered with us. She immediately informed us that she was seating us at a table that had a reservation in 45 minutes (as opposed to seating us at one of the 15+ other tables which remained empty the entire time we were there 2:15-2:50 on a weekday afternoon). We started out with 2 top shelf mixed drinks and an $80 bottle of wine, but were not allowed to order a bowl of soup to share, but forced to get 2 cups of soup bc “we might make a mess passing it back and forth across the table”. After our entree, I had to shout across the restaurant to get her attention for a second mixed drink bc she had only been to our table TWICE (once to take our drink and appetizer order, then to bring drinks and take food order [a kitchen worker brought our food]). In the end, my wife and I spent over $200 to be treated like a burden! I WOULDN’T RETURN IF PROMISED A FREE MEAL!!!

Lovely and casual atmosphere, very good choices on the menu that all sound very modern and delicious. I had the special they were running that was balsamic marinated skirt steak with risotto and it was AWESOME. Desserts were also incredible! Tiramisu and canolis were our choices. You have to try the tiramisu! Our server Marley was so kind and helpful, talked so well with our child too. I really admire that in a server thank you guys so much!
