The foods always good although the wait is extremely long and the prices are high as well. I drove all the way across town just to eat here so that says a-lot about how good the food is.

I drove an hour from Jersey to try this spot after seeing it all over social media. It’s known to get packed, so my friend and I came early. Online it says they open at 1PM, so we got there around 12:30 and placed our takeout orders right after they opened.
I even told the guy it was my first time and my friend’s second, so I was genuinely excited. I’m a foodie — I love trying new places and don’t mind spending when the food and service match the hype. But that went out the window after waiting three hours. My friend’s food was finally ready around 3:50PM, and mine came out about five minutes later, but by then I was good off it.
I understand Caribbean food takes time, but if you know the food won’t be ready until much later, don’t list 1PM as your opening time. What really ruined it was the lack of communication or apology — no update, no acknowledgment. I didn’t cause a scene; I simply left. ( all the pictures show the time frame of how long I was there for )
I wanted to support this business, but that experience was disappointing. They lost a customer before they ever had one.

The food is good once u get it the wait is long. They don’t open until 1pm but still may be running late. Once inside the chairs are on top of the table so u have to get your food and leave there’s no dining in. There’s an out of order sign on the bathroom door so ppl won’t ask to use it. The staff didn’t seem friendly at all. They don’t greet u or even smile nothing. I was disappointed with the customer service and the atomosphere. They would let the older man inside left ppl the cold even after 1pm. I like to go where the service is good and they need training. I also don’t like seeing ppl outside in their aprons then coming back inside to cook

The food is great!! The food is not the issue. This place is so inconsistent when it comes to availability of product. I swear every other time I come here they are either sold out of oxtail or another side of some sort. It’s like clockwork at this point unfortunately. Which is very disheartening to say because the food is great when available. It’s almost too inconsistent to warrant the price sadly. I pay $50 everytime I go and have no problem because the food is quality. Mind you the restaurant doesn’t open until 1pm. How do I arrive @2:30-3pm and oxtail and Mac and cheese are sold out? I’m sorry but I’ve also waited in line in person and once I got to the counter to order they told me they were sold out Mac and cheese! I could understand if they let everyone know but there was a whole line behind me and didn’t hear one employee let it be known they were out of a certain product. Which is very odd considering they know this is a very popular side. My wife and I ended up not getting anything because they were sold out of Mac and I just felt like the service was odd. There was a different gentleman taking orders this time. He tried to charge us $25 instead of the normal price of $20 for the pepper steak platter. When we asked about the price he honestly tired to make it a big deal by saying it’s always been the same price and debating. While the usual guy that takes orders was behind him nodding his head as if he agreed with me when i said the price is usually $20. I have no problem paying extra but it was just the customer service. Then he let us know they wet sold out of Mac. That was the cherry on top. We ended up leaving. Very unfortunate for such good food.

I ordered my food at 7:07 PM and received it at 8:02 PM, despite the cashier telling me it would take 30-35 minutes. I ordered honey jerk fried chicken wings (based on all the “positive” TikTok videos), yams, and greens. I also got honey jerk turkey wings, mac and cheese, and greens. Unfortunately, the greens were salty and lacked flavor, and the mac and cheese was also TOO salty. The honey jerk wings had no flavor at all, chinese store wings are way better and have more flavor. The honey jerk turkey wings were the only item that was tolerable. Overall, I spent $58 there, and it felt like a waste of my money!

Though surrounded by many different Caribbean food restaurants, Kingston 11 wears the crown when it comes to the food. The Oxtails, Salmon & Rasta Pasta is unbelievable! Tonight me and my wife tried the new Jerk Fried Chicken and it’s amazing! I can’t find a complaint about this place but if I had one!..It would be the lack of seating to dine in! This food is deserving of sitting down and enjoying your meal! I guess you can’t have it your way all the time!! Kingston 11 is top notch!!

The jerk honey fried wings were everything ! They were so good and delicious! The yams were loaded with too much nutmeg. Thats most of what i tasted while eating them, and the mac and cheese was way too salty .The atmosphere was good , but the wait is very long for them not to offer over the phone ordering .
