I honestly don’t understand how this place stays open. We waited over an hour just to be seated, even though half the tables looked empty. Once we finally sat down, it took another eternity for anyone to acknowledge us, and getting drinks felt like a major accomplishment.
The food was a huge disappointment. My steak was overcooked and dry, the sides were lukewarm, and everything tasted like it had been sitting under a heat lamp for ages. For the prices they charge, you’d expect something remotely fresh or flavorful — this wasn’t it.
Service was even worse than the wait. Our server disappeared for long stretches, orders came out wrong, and we had to flag down multiple staff members just to get basic things like refills and the check.
Between the ridiculous wait time, bland food, and inattentive service, this was easily one of the most frustrating dining experiences I’ve had. Definitely not worth the time or money.

Great food and service at this location. The salmon, baked potato and spinach dip for an appetizer was great. I ate it twice that week. Amazing.

I love this location. The service is always stellar. My faves are the app mushrooms and the strawberry chicken salad. Ron and Tasha are so above and beyond. Don’t know if you can request them, but try! They just elevate the experience like you are family.

We had the nine piece chicken dinner enough for two meals. We bring half of it home really good the next day. We both had the tossed salad with blue cheese dressing and the salad is fresh not poured out of a bag. The bread was hot and delicious. I had the sweet potato and my boyfriend had the loaded baked potato. He had a coke and I had half and half iced tea it is always good.

I have visited this location weekly. The food is really good so it’s my go to when I want to eat out. I have a collection of receipts from every week because I have visited so much. I literally counted eleven receipts since December, and it’s only January! I always order the same thing so I know what my bill should look like. I get the redrock shrimp with Sirloin steak. Well on my last visit I was overcharged. I was charged 32.99 but that meal has always been 24.99. So I asked my server about it, and I asked if the price had gone up. She didn’t respond to my question but told me she would be back. A few minutes later she came back with a new receipt which showed a three dollar discount had been applied. Even though she took three dollars off it was still more than what I typically pay for this meal. And she never explained why the price was different. I don’t like discord so I paid it without complaining. As I was leaving I asked the host up front about price of the meal, and he clarified what I thought. I won’t be back to this location because I don’t like dishonesty and being taken advantage of. I visit too often to get treated like that. I think if they over charge a few people, and we don’t notice, at the end of the night someone pockets that money. Unacceptable!

I had the worst experience with food, for a very important lunch meeting at this location, yesterday. The salmon was dry without seasoning. Normally the food here is a winner for my meetings. The Brussels in the orders were dry very littthoney butter drizzle on them and burnt in taste. The rice was very dry. The chicken bites were dry and the wings were not seasoned much at all. The crusted parmesan chicken was the only thing in the whole order that was enjoyable. This was almost 90.00 dollars wasted. My hopeful partnership meeting went well, but they all expressed disappointment in the food and suggested that I choose a different location if I use Longhorns again. In all my years, I have never experienced Longhorns this way.
