Great place for a quality lunch or dinner! The food here is always fresh, flavorful, and served quickly. I highly recommend getting the Bigger Plate, which lets you pick three entrées plus your choice of Super Greens, rice, or noodles. You can even do a mix — half rice and half noodles — for the best of both worlds.
The restaurant itself is very clean and modern, with a comfortable temperature and plenty of seating. The bathrooms are spotless and clearly well maintained, which is always a good sign of overall quality. I also appreciate that the regular sodas come with free refills, making it an even better value.
If you want the freshest food, go during peak lunch or dinner hours, when the kitchen is busiest and entrées are constantly being refreshed. Everything I’ve tried has been good, but the chicken teriyaki is hands down the best — tender, perfectly cooked, and full of flavor.

Food is not fresh at all, Messy plating, Food is fried in old oil that has been sitting for hours!!! horrible customer service when asked Chris (manager) for a refund. With lack of empathy he stated we dont issue refunds and to contact panda express myself. I did and they issued a refund right away and inform me that every Panda express location can refund customers so basically the Manager Chris lies to customers!

This restaurant is always hopping.I watched the cooks jumping from one item to the next and the servers keeping up with the demands never missing a beat. The Terriaki chicken was excellent and fresh. Chow Mein was great. Unlike getting a cup of coffee, there was no spot on the receipt for a 20% tip. Overall great place

I stopped in when I was driving and used the restroom and got food to go. The bathrooms were clean and nice. The food was hot and fresh with every choice available (no waiting). I got a plate with two choices. I had greens for my side and pepper steak and kung paw chicken for my two dishes

Very cheap portion on the protein, soda machine is flat and needs a syrup refill for the Sprite & Fanta. Fried rice is over cooked and under seasoned, basically white rice with vegetables. Agree with previous customer’s complaint regarding old oil being used. Manager/Lead should spend more time auditing employees work than supporting on taking orders for a line that only has 2 people in queue. By all means, support coworkers but have bias for when it is needed especially when attention to detail is needed elsewhere

McKenzie who was working the night shift on 02/11 is an absolute blessing of a human being. I thank god that I crossed paths with her on this fateful night. Customer service, portion size, and plating were on par with Michelin restaurants. She needs to be recognized and promoted ASAP. Dare I say, she should be given her own franchise. Let me start by saying not everyone here is rude, but the experience really depends on who you get. Today, the man serving my food was throwing my order around like he didn’t care, and the attitude was completely uncalled for.
Honestly, the customer service and the food match — inconsistent.
Some days it’s decent, other days it’s a mess. When I’m spending my money, I expect my order to be handled with care and a little respect. Panda Express needs to tighten up on consistency across the board.

I came to panda at 10 sat in the drive thru for 10 mins no one said anything came to the door tried to open it was ignored. Went to the other door knocked someone finally came and said do you have a pick up and I said no but your open right and she said I guess but we don’t have any food and when I asked would it be long she said yes it’s like they don’t even want business so I ordered on the app and came in the lobby and they have ignored me the whole time. This is so disrespectful. Now the workers are eating in the lobby instead of helping customers.

Quick and accurate service with generous portions. One of very few choices for decent tasting fast food of the many chain restaurants in the Sanford area. The honey walnut shrimp and orange chicken were amazing as usual. The Beijing beef was pretty soggy so that could be improved. Otherwise a great experience.
