Burger King #4178 at 2216 Bush River Rd will never get my business again. This is hands down the worst Burger King I’ve ever eaten at.
The bathrooms are absolutely disgusting. They look like a two-year-old tried to clean them—if they were cleaned at all. Completely unacceptable.
The food is just as bad. They don’t even cook the burgers properly. Instead of flame-grilling, they appear to microwave the food, especially later in the day. You can taste it.
Customer service is terrible. You walk in and they act like you’re not even there, just staring at you instead of taking your order. On top of that, it’s hard to understand the staff, and no one seems to care at all.
If I had seen the condition of the bathroom before ordering, I would’ve walked right out. This location is dirty, poorly run, and completely unprofessional. Boy, I wish I could Post pictures on here.
Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.

I love this spot!! Its always clean, the staff is friendly and helpful!! My only issue is that there is a serious problem with the CO2 in their soda machines and it makes the soda flat all the time.

These were suppose to be Swiss and mushroom sandwiches, mushrooms were spoiled and sandwich was cold sloppy nd messy. The mozzarella sticks were SUPER REFRIED thru, completely hollow inside and burnt. Everything was TERRIBLE etc. I would NOT recommend this Burger King at all…to be honest it has given me a scare to order anything ever again from ANY Burger King.

Went through the drive-through for breakfast. The staff needs to make sure the food is cooked all the way through. My sausage on the croissantwhich was raw in the middle. The egg on it tasted like powder. It was nasty and I want my money back.

If you want broken teeth or just a chip tooth come visit this crappy Burger King. Their biscuits are hard as a rock. I’ve been here a few times and gotten different things off the breakfast menu and every time their biscuits are hard. I got a chipped tooth from eating a regular sausage biscuit.

I placed an online order at 9:33 am as I walked into the store. 2 breakfast biscuits combo. I waited at the counter for 10 minutes. The manager put my coffee on the counter at about minute 4. After 10 minutes, she informs me that they have no biscuits, but they’re making them right now. Can I wait about 15 minutes for them? I then ask if she could just make them croissants instead… Sure! Well, 15 minutes later, my biscuits come out of the oven. Thinnest biscuits I’ve ever seen by the way. I watch the woman in the back make my sandwiches and at 9:55 am, I finally get to eat with an apology from the manager for my wait.
Biscuits are over cooked, hard, dry, and borderline crunchy. The sausage one tastes bland. The ham in the other one is undetectable save for the leathery slice of overcooked pig I can’t chew. The coffee is cold. Nothing is wrong with the hash browns – probably the best part of my breakfast…
The restaurant is clean, but it’s early in the day and there’s no one here… Go figure. If you want fast food, Subway is right up the street, and might be healthier.

Stopped to use the restroom and possibly something to eat but when I used the woman’s bathroom I felt disgusted. It was early and dirty. Windows and doors were dirty as well. I refuse to eat somewhere and I seen their bathroom is disgusting
