I love this Cava! The staff are amazing! Always friendly and quick. I can always count on them for an honest opinion about new items, and they are always nice even when the location is super busy. The food is consistently good, especially the pita chips. There are a couple employees I always enjoy interacting with, like the twins that work there and the young black guy who does the best job of cutting up the avocados. Most staff cut the avocado one way and leave it in large slices, but this one guy cuts them into cubes which works so much better for mixing the bowls up. I don’t know everyone’s name, but I always am very appreciative of the workers at Cava.
Areas of improvement:
I will say sometimes the restaurant could be cleaner, especially the floor around the soda machines: They also could do better at keeping the utensils stocked. Lastly they should try to do a better job of pairing signs on the door when they are out of ingredients. It’s really annoying when you’re a person who gets the same thing every time and then you find out one of your favorite toppings or preferred protein is out once you’re already ordering. Lastly while I give many kudos to the staff, I will say the acoustics in there are terrible, and some of them are very soft spoken. as someone who has terrible hearing, I have to ask them to repeat more often than I’d like.
Overall I highly recommend Cava. It’s a great location, quick and yummy, and lots of choices so you’re never bored.

I had such a great experience at CAVA! The restaurant was extremely clean, and the food was absolutely delicious. As a first-time customer, I really appreciated how kind and helpful the manager, Nicole, was. She made me feel welcome and helped me decide what to order. I’ll definitely be returning soon!

I came to this CAVA today and had a really disappointing experience. At the entrance there was a sign advertising Chicken Shawarma, so when I got to the line I asked the employee which meat was which since I’ve only been here twice and I don’t live near a location. He responded rudely, told me they didn’t have it anymore, and acted irritated that I was even asking.
When I pointed to the steak to confirm what it was, he ignored me, started scooping without answering, and finally said “yes” in a rude tone before walking away.
For nearly $20 a bowl, the food quality and the customer service are not worth it. I won’t be returning to this location.

So delicious! I love how customizable the build your own bowls are and the serving sizes are large. You can definitely meet your protein goals and fiber goals with this meal. It feels very healthy, but it’s so delicious at the same time. I got there grilled chicken and thought it was cooked really well, not overdone and very flavorful. The bowls come with a nice soft slice of pita bread. The pita “chips” are more like deep fried pita bread pieces, not crunchy like chips but they are SOOO good. The restaurant itself is very clean and well decorated. The staff was okay, they weren’t exceptionally or kind but gave good portions and did their job. I wish there was one closer to where I live!

I had a great experience ordering at CAVA thanks to Alexa. I mentioned to her it was my first time and she was friendly, patient, and very knowledgeable about the menu. She took the time to explain different options and made sure my order was exactly how I wanted it. Her positive attitude and efficiency made the whole experience smooth and enjoyable. Honestly the food here is average and I’m cool with it for my high protein intake. After the gym 2-3 times weekly i stop in. And tonight made me realize how serious customer service matters. Any other night the employees will conversation or atleast smile and speak. But there’s 1 manager in particular that always makes my day better when I come there.! Forgive me I can’t remember her name at the moment but she is short with a lower lip ring. She’s funny, lil bit loud, very approachable, amazing with customers. Tonight I actually left without my food it was that horrible in all aspects. Which made me realize how much one person or maybe one good manager and her team influence the business. I will be back but I will check who is running it first. Captivated & Concerned Customer 1 star for tonight’s experience , 5 stars for 12/9 my last visit before 12/12 tonight. (Oh yea, Manager tonight couldn’t assist me either- apparently there was a language barrier) MIND BLOWN. (Can someone give the schedule of lip ring manager, so ppl know what nights to choose CAVA, js)

Alicia and Niyah were very pleasant and helpful for me. Alicia answered all my silly questions since I can’t eat anything spicy, and niyah was equally as friendly. They made me feel welcomed (and the food is delicious too!)
