Stopped by this Wendy’s after a long day and honestly, the service was the highlight of my whole afternoon. The place was clean, my order was perfect, and the vibes were actually GOOD — which is rare for fast food these days.
Shoutout to the manager, Emma, because you can tell she actually cares. She was helping her team, checking on customers, and still managed to smile like she wasn’t dealing with 100 things at once.
Also, whoever made my fries deserves a raise because they were crispity-crunchity perfection. 10/10.

I will say they have fast service but right when I ordered they were very rude. I couldn’t hear what the lady was saying I thought she said
“whenever you’re ready” or something along the lines since she was mumbling but I was just saying hi and rudely she replied “I said one moment” in a harsh yelling tone. I did not appreciate that and her tone was very rude after receiving my food she didn’t say anything I even said “thank you” heard no response and she went to take another order. Not only that but only received one napkin and one sauce.
I will not be coming back

1/16/2026 guy taking our order was very rude. Acted like we were bugging him by coming in. Charged me 50 cents for a sauce for my cold nuggets. Received our order. Cold nuggets and three things we ordered were not correct. Funny thing is… Worried about sauces but also have us three sandwiches we didn’t order. They’re getting to be as bad as the McDonald’s a couple blocks down.

Went to pick up a mobile order. Food was fresh, they put napkins & ketchup, everything was ready and nothing was missing. I was pleasantly surprised and impressed this location is on point! We will make it back to this location next time we’re craving some Wendy’s

Honestly if you are in longmont just go to the main street Wendy’s NOT THIS ONE! The location I have gone to multiple times before leaving a review and I will say, the nuggets always over cooked, fries cold, and my burgers soggy. My ranch is missing about 75% of the time or I get an already opened ranch which I will not use cause who knows how long it was opened for. Seriously. Just got to the Main Street location if you really want Wendy’s. The hover location has continued to disappoint me every single time without fail.

Welcome to Wendy’s on South Hover in Longmont Colorado! One of the best Wendy’s I’ve been to in a very long time! Every single time the fries are amazing! The burgers are always hot delicious and made correctly! Today was super special me and my sister got to eat outside on the Beautiful fall sunny day! Patio where you can eat has umbrella tables with nice seats and tables. The staff there is extremely friendly and helpful. Thank you so much Wendy’s look forward to eating there again soon.

Pretty much the only fast food in the area with decent service. They’ve never messed up my order, and using their app to order generally works without issue. The only complaint I have is that sometimes the fries taste better depending on when I go there, I think they may need to change the oil more often or something.

Clean and sanitized environment Definitely kid-friendly and family oriented area food was good and fresh as for the employees they where nice helpful and positive even to the homeless which isn’t seen anymore feel like but they are nice and patient with the homeless and us
