Everyone working there today 11/18 around 530 am, was very nice, which isn’t always the case with fast food places. It really makes a difference in your experience. The food was great as well, and all fresh.

I was very disappointed and discussed it not only was partial of my order missing but I look through my big Mac burger and found hair inside of the burger. This was the second time I have found hair in my food from this particular restaurant. I tried calling the restaurant directly and got no answer. Now I’m on my way back.Hopefully the problem will be resolved.

Kadisha in drive thru was unpleasant and rude at first. I asked if they still had milkshakes for the night because the often run out, and instead of replying she shortly and bluntly said size and flavor. No greeting at the window instead she said “What did you order” And made me repeat the entire order again, then rudely said i was going way to fast. She then messed my order up multiple times. They refunded me and a manager in the back started speaking loudly about our order and sounded very rude. They then charged my card a second time with the correct order. They gave us the food items but i was still waiting on my one milkshake. Another employee came up and gave me another refund and I was confused to as why. They then explained to me after 5 minutes of waiting for the one milkshake that their machine was down, even though that was the first question I had asked when ordering. Absolutely horrible customer service.

How the hell do you mess up a plain hamburger. It’s the easiest way you can do anything is to do nothing. Double filet no tartar no cheese 2 ice cream cones but I the ice cream in a cup cones in a bag all in 2 cups didn’t even offer a drink carrier. I don’t ever say much but this is the 3rd time in less than 2 weeks and I’m still waiting on my refund that never came.

It took almost 1 hour of me in the line until I got my food, and when i received it, it had not flavor, like a bun, some tomatoe slices, no salt, nothing other than what tasted like they didn’t even bother salting the patty, it was a poor experience, but they were busy, if they are clear, and you want McDonald’s then it may be better.

The only reason I put 4 stars is due to the price… For a clown like Ronald McDonald the only thing not laughable is the prices on the items; $3.00 and some change for a large coke and the value menu starts off at $2.00 then goes up… Methinks you are trying to give the four star restaurant prices to the drive thru window… So i hope this Four Star Rating helps you see your dream realized instead of taking it as the joke in which it was meant for the processed meat and ever frozen microwavable and deep fried items you sling out to people through a drive thru window in place of the home cooking and nourishment your patrons prolly really need if they could ever financially break away from the price scheme long enough to afford some REAL groceries

Placed this order then at the window i was informed they didn’t have the frappe. I said okay I would like a refund. They stated that it would have to be done on the app. I attempted to and it said “too late to cancel” 5 minutes later the order was cashed out but yet I never received my order. Don’t want to be scammed don’t go here. I will do whatever necessary to ensure I get my $10 back!
