Staff didn’t not acknowledge me standing there for over 10 minutes. I finally asked if I could place an order she told me to wait cause she was busy basically. Waited another 5 mins. Got tenders and asked for sweet chilli sauce, she told me she had to charge me. So said can u just trade me for 1 of the many bbq sauces u gave, she gave me a dirty look and threw the sauce on the counter as she snatched up the bbq I put down. If all that wasn’t bad enough, I get home and the salad I ordered didn’t come with anything it normally does. Not sure y the attitude but I won’t b back for a while.

Today Jan 5,2025, we came here, 3 of us. The young lady at the counter was very friendly. I guess they were short handed. Food took a bit of time,like 10 minutes, but it was worth it. Hot ,fresh, plenty of fries. She kept apologizing for the delay. I would love to work for her. She knows how to run this place. Awesome place.

All of the employees are incredibly rude. Maria the lunch manager is incredibly rude. Every single order from all the customers while I’ve been waiting for OVER 20 minutes for my food have all been wrong. And they act like it’s the customers fault. Girl with blue and black hair in nasty attitude.

Food was decent, took about 25 mins even though there was about 2 other people waiting for food. Then when my food arrived I got regular nuggets instead of spicy and when I went to get them changed they had none done so I had to wait for them to make a new batch. Great more waiting.

Avoid late night, they serve you dried up old patties on their burgers. 10$ for a burger only for it to go in the trash can.

I’ve been dealing with a fiancé who had a major heart attack on the 7th of November. He’s been in the ICU ever since. I have MS & daily migraines. After another long day of no answers from the doctors in regards to moving forward. I threw my hands up and said, “I’m not cooking. I’m going to Wendy’s”! I figured with all the stress I’ve been under for more than 3 weeks, I’m going to go off my diet and treat myself. NEVER AGAIN! AT LEAST NOT HERE!!!
I ordered the Baconator with pickles and a large fry. I also ordered a small fry for my dog. Since there was a car in front of me, I didn’t think it was odd that my order was ready by the time I got to the window. So, I drive home to The Hamptons, a 55+ Community.
Understand that Wendy’s is less than 5 minutes from my home. Yet, when I got home, my fries were ice cold! And the Baconator had 2 TWO pieces of damn bacon! AND NO PICKLES! And of course I didn’t get a receipt!!!! So the complaint form, if you want to call it that, didn’t get the correct restaurant store number on it, which is why I’m here.
I paid just over $15 for a sandwich that wasn’t what it should have been, and ice-cold fries!!! I’M VERY PISSED ABOUT IT!
So, Wendy’s…I’d like to thank you for making the “treat” I had gotten for myself after almost losing the man I love while dealing with Multiple Sclerosis and living well below the poverty line…thanks for just adding to the bullshit I’ve been dealing with. I WILL NEVER EAT AT WENDY’S AGAIN! I’M DONE! I’VE HAD ENOUGH!

This place doesn’t deserve the first star !! They don’t Listen to the customer when it comes to how you want your food made and they are not friendly . The manager allowed an employee to serve me food that was not cooked to order as I requested and she acted as though I was annoying her. I asked for jelly and ketchup and wasn’t given either.

Stopped in for lunch to dine in. No sweet tea available. My fries were lukewarm. Tried to get a table back near the window all five of them were dirty I had to go and ask for somebody to come and clean the tables. Fast food definitely isn’t anything like it used to be. If the lobbies this dirty I wonder how sanitize the food actually is.
