One of the worst experiences I’ve ever had with fast food. After waiting 15 minutes (with no one in line or inside, only ones at 1am) My extra sauce breakfast burger had a tiny drop of sauce. Husbands cheeseburger has no cheese and a cup of the honey butter (which by the way is a prepackaged sauce cup) came in a styrofoam cup with not even half of what is usually in a prepackaged cup of sauce. Will never eat here again. Manager was lovely and sweet and gave us a refund. However for an empty lot and drive thru that many mistakes is inexcusable.

Honestly, Whataburger usually isn’t my personal go to. But after tonight, I’m seriously impressed.
I pulled into the drive thru and told them, “I know this is a long shot, but my wife is pregnant and really craving your biscuits and honey butter (even though I know that’s on the breakfast menu). Is there any chance I could get some?”
They politely said it probably wouldn’t be possible, which I completely understood, so I just ordered a drink and pulled forward.
When I got to the window to pay, a worker named Brenden opened it and said, “I talked with my boss and we’re going to make an exception.” A few minutes later I was driving home with biscuits and honey butter in hand, and my pregnant wife was very happy.
If you’ve ever lived with a pregnancy craving, you know that’s basically a heroic act.
Huge thanks to Brenden and the team for going the extra mile. That kind of customer service doesn’t go unnoticed!

Literally just left there, I ordered the tender box and asked them to be sure that there was toast and gravy in the box. They said no problem. Everytime that I have ordered door dash, it never cones with it. We were the only people in line and there was nobody inside either. They had us drive forward and wait. The frys were not fresh amd neither where the tenders. And there was no gravy and no toast. This is getting ridiculous This place has gone to shit.

Every time I stop here it takes way too long in the drive thru. When I order a taquito it’s slopped together as though no one taught these employees to wrap a taquito properly. If you’re taking over 10 minutes to make a Taquito, Hash Browns, and a Coffee the least you can do is make sure it’s wrapped properly and not leaking all over my lap in my truck. Would be better off throwing it all in a bowl to eat if you can’t wrap it properly.

We went thru the drive through, paid a GOOD amount to feed 7 people and the workers were rude and then we get burritos like this. I kid you not they’re no longer then 4 inches. this is just sad. paying 4+ dollars for a taquito for them to come out like this. waste of time and money just go to the one down I-20 this one sucks NOT TO MENTION WE ORDERED SAUSAGE AND THEY GAVE US ENTIRELY BACON

Brought my friend from Ohio into Whataburger for her first time. We ran onto the OP George J. He made not only her experience but my experience WONDERFUL by personally making our food after finding out it was her first time. He was so incredibly sweet as well as Donald our cashier who was so sweet and assisted my friend in picking the perfect Whataburger meal! 1000/10 will be coming back to this location. Thank you George and Donald for making our experience magical!

If I could give less stars i would ordered a #2 which should have came with fries it didn’t also the burger came on texas toast which I told the guy I didn’t mind that apparently they were outta the right bread cool just put it on whatever also meant you wont get the rest of your order left came back the young lady proceed to argue with me that because I told them to put my burger on whatever bread they had to complete the order also meant the #2 that I paid for was subject to come how ever they decided to serve it minus ff good luck with your order here. I have never been embarrassed in my life. Dealing with this water burger for the past week and a 1 they have messed app every part of my order. That I have ordered. I don’t care if it’s an online order or if I go in and order. It do it right. So now I’m calling corporate on them completely

Since changing mgmt, I have noticed a decline in service. Hard to get help when you pick up your order from app. Have to double check that your order is correct. Missing or wrong items. Rude staff, just to get help. One employee, younger male, wearing headset, walked up and looked at my order. He said my name, I said that’s me. His response was “Yup”, and he walked off.
I have been a customer for years now. I prefer this location to the other off highway, not ordering from here as much now.
Restaurant is clean, it’s staff issues.
Food is good.
