Was sat rather quickly to a table and received breadsticks. The server came back twice confirming one person’s dish each time, The server seemed a bit judgy when one customer only wanted dessert while the rest ordered lunch. Asked for another dipp since we got the unlimited dips for the breadsticks,never came and the server came over to tell us how to pay and felt like we were being rushed out.

First time I’ve been to OG in many years, and I was impressed. Salad and breadsticks were amazing, and the shrimp/chicken carbonara was deliciously cheesy!!

If I could give -10 stars I would, I came in with my family, we ordered drinks and the waitress had someone else bring us water when we had ordered sodas instead, we ordered food the waitress I believe she’s new completely brought out completely cold food, and when we mentioned something about it she got really rude and told us that she was busy and that’s why the food was cold so we asked for a manager (because she was rude) and asked that it be remade, she told us that it couldn’t be remade so we just waited for the manager; when we told the manager what happened he got snappy and told us that it couldn’t be remade we told him we wouldn’t touch the food that we would just leave bc we had already waited over an hour for our food we wanted it WARM he wouldn’t even comp anything on the bill for the time we had to wait, he ended up telling us he would call the cops and have us arrested for theft if we left without paying even tho we DIDNT TOUCH THE FOOD and all the drinks we had were WATER STILL we did end up leaving gave our names and number to the manager and said have the cops get ahold of us and they never did. Stay AWAY from this horrible establishment as the manager and workers are incompetent. The managers name was James. HORRIBLE do better man!

We went at 2:30pm to avoid the holiday rush. Place was maybe half full with lots of workers. Our server was super slow. She was very chatty with the young people behind us. Their service was amazing, but ours was not.She brought our soup and forgot to use her cheese grater until I pointed it out. She went to get breadsticks but forgot, so we ate the lukewarm soup. I didnt get my drink refill until the check came. Really disappointed as this was a special date for us. A manager really should be on site, walking around, checking on customers when they expect to be busy like on Valentines Day.

We dined in a large group. The wait staff handled our group efficiently and professionally. They catered to each person’s specific meal preparation request in a timely manner. We were monitored by the staff for additional drinks and food requests throughout the meal without being intrusive to our conversation.
I would recommend the stuffed chicken marsala. It is a favorite of mine and several that ate at our tables.

The bread that came with the spinach artichoke dip was over done. My pasta was sub part at best, very dissatisfied. On a good note my husband loved his meal. Its been a very long time since I have been to an OG and sad to say it will be a long time before I go again.

Found a bug in the salad today. We wanted to pay for drinks and leave.. they wanted us to talk to the manager. All the manager said was im sorry about your lettuce and bugs live on the ground. Of course they offered a gift card, we kindly declined. Never will come here again. Server was great, manager was rude.
