I tried to give this place a chance I even tried to reach out to management but since it’s been two weeks and no one’s reach out to me I have no choice but to leave my review. I only had a 30 minute lunch break and the midst of waiting for my mobile order I was greeted by a roach at the drink station . At this point I was so disgusted I just wanted to cancel my meal but since it was up and I only had 30 minutes I still went ahead and took my meal. So as I proceed to rush back to work I check my sandwich and they put nothing but bread and meat and call me crazy But I believe they shorted me on fries. The worst lunch break ever.

Me and my father had a horrible experience You wanted me to share what happened 11/23/25 @ about 8:50pm we was trying to order on a kiosk with our phone & was having a little difficulty and That’s when the manager came being rude to us and rushing us to order! Me and my father looked at our phone and saw that it was only 9:00 so we believe that we had like an hour before lobby closes! the door say closed at 10:00 but we was informed by the manager that she’s closing it now in a rudely way so out of frustration and irritation we left without ordering She could have been more considerate and more patient but never again will I decide nor recommend this location! I have a big social platform and plan to share my experience on social media about this location and situation

After waiting over 15 minutes in the drive through they didn’t give us our 3 4piece nuggets. We then arrive home to discover they gave us a mcchicken sandwich that someone had bitten into and then spit back into the wrapper. Absolutely disgusting.

I don’t what’s going on with this location but they move EXTREMELY SLOW. Expect to have a minimum 30 minute wait just to get a kids meal! Horrible!

I pulled up at 10:33 and they said they wouldn’t make my order because they closed at 10:30 even though like I had already paid for it and everything. Now I have to wait a whole week to get my money back and it’s just because these people couldn’t be assed to make a pretty simple order. I’m struggling and instead of having a nice McDonald’s meal I now have just no money and no burgers, nothing. Just disappointment and an empty stomach. Do better.

Was asked to pull up to the 3rd window for an ice cream cone. Waited 3 minutes just for me to go inside and ask for them to make it on the spot. If this location needs a good manager, I’m your guy.

This McDonald’s always messes up my order or makes it look sloppy. They put too much ketchup on the burgers every time. They put mustard every time I say no mustard. And the fries are barely ever fresh. They always take forever with the food yet it always comes out bad.

Above-average service at this location. The drive-thru is usually a long wait. I recommend you go in side for quicker service. The employees are solid and professional. Management is competent and efficient. What more can you ask for?
