Had the displeasure of watching the employees dance and twerk while I waited on food. Upon receiving it, I checked the bag before I left and noticed that I had cold fries and my sandwich wasn’t hot or warm in the slightest. I went inside the restaurant and asked for the manager. The employee whose name on my receipt was Aniya I spoke with her about my food being cold & wanting my money back was met with a terrible attitude & response from her. I will never go back to this restaurant again. Waste of time and money if you care about quality. The place reeks and needs to be torn down or remodeled in my opinion. Cant wait til conway gets better food options or at least some decent customer service.

Staff was extremely rude to a customer as he just needed his sandwich made correctly. He was calm, no attitude, nothing and they kept going back and forth about the sandwich being remade and whose fault it was. It was very rude and mean. I felt so bad for this older gentleman. Our order was not correct either, but was not going to say anything after I seen how they treated the customer before me.

My husband just ordered here and there was a fight that broke out inside the restaurant. If he hadn’t already ordered and paid for the food, he would have left. It was total chaos! Three weeks ago my son was here from Baltimore and had a negative encounter with a Caucasian woman manager. She was rude and threw the bag of food at him. My son is 50 years old and a government employee. He told us not to go near this Wendy’s. We won’t go in the future.

Waited 15 minutes for food. Place smelled like urine! Got order wrong.. Flies everywhere!! Soda machine was out of almost all soda. No small lids for ..no ketchup.. salt packs were wet so salt came out in chunks

So literally just left and I’m curious why I ordered a Dave’s double specifically ordered the same as a cheesy cheddar burger (bottom bun, cheese, patty, cheese, patty, melted cheese) and noticed ketchup while unwrapping the burger then lo and behold what’s that? Oh man! Made with everything even tomato (which I won’t eat now)……SMH I Get that it’s 11 at night and you close at 2 when I used to work for Wendy’s tho I wouldn’t have pulled no moves like that….needless to say I really won’t come back again if I pay 11 dollars for a meal and the only thing you get right is the fries then no need in bringing my money to your establishment….all is well though not mad just giving an honest opinion I get it, it’s hard lowering a grill lid for 60 seconds while the meat cooks then scraping it off and ensuring to get the juices and watching it dry up so it’s time to flip! Not like you have a job so easy that you climb several stories a day and just want someone to get your order right….my apologies for expecting better results again not mad just staring my opinion you’re forgiven have a blessed night may Jesus touch your hearts
