Absolute nightmare. Every time I visit, the order is wrong and I have to go correct it. Same thing on the app but u get a nice attitude over the phone when they can’t answer a question right either. And then Won’t assist with contacting some who can help with assisting me in being refunded. Unprofessional and disorganized.

Recently, we’ve started dining in when time permits, and the new manager takes great interest in building a pleasant atmosphere with charming, detailed seasonal decorations.
Seating is comfortable, and the dining area is pristine.

I’ve never had a problem until now, and last week with the loaded omelette biscuit. I don’t know what this is but it looks like cheese was left on the grill. I think next time I go I’ll have to look at it before I leave. This is unacceptable Hardee’s, you can do better…

$6 + for 3 tenders and you get this. I ordered spicy and regular cant tell which is which. The place has gone down hill. The place is sticky and nasty and you never know if the lobby is open or not. They need to do something to fix it fast.

Ordered through DoorDash and the food arrived quickly, the dasher was very professional and friendly BUT when I opened the bag and got my food out, the bottom of the bun had a very large spot of mold, and the lemonade was just water. Will not be going to this store again. I have also had experiences in the past at this store as with another reviewer who stated that he sat in drive through being ignored, this has happened to me more than once. Poor service.

This is literally the worst place you could ever go to eat. The staff is a joke. It took 40 minutes for them to make 1 burger and some fries. They did not label the Uber eats & it was 2 separate orders. When the employee brought me the food she told me she still hadn’t made the ice cream yet I watched 3 cars pull around me with their food. Be prepared to curse out someone’s child if you come to this location. Because it’s definitely a store full of children.

Ordered a chicken tender kids meal….apparently they are still serving food from yesterday because the fries were cold and the chicken was soggy and cold. I should have known it would be since I didn’t have to wait at all for the food! The only thing edible was the PREPACKAGED apple sauce! The crazy part….I was the ONLY customer there! Driver thru nor the inside had any other customers, so clearly they gave me food that had been sitting there. Thankful I wasn’t far from another restaurant! This location is consistently disappointing.
