The service is very bad. Seems like a bunch of kids are working there and there’s no good service. They are there they don’t care about the food or the service or people that they are serving. I cannot wait to get that Taco Bell open down Highway 109 close to Publix maybe they will have a better staffing. Instead of a bunch grown-ups, acting like kids.

Went their early in the morning after my night shift and was refused my mobile order during normal business hours saying they were only doing doordash orders. While there were lots of cars in and out the parking lot. This place has become completely unproductive and unprofessional. Will also sent a complaint to the BBB and corporate ofiice. 3-6-26 its 9:20 pm and they have locked the lobby how many corporate complaints till the manager is held to account.

I ordered a meximelt which was just okay. I also ordered a Mexican pizza and it was awful. Tasted like what I would imagine paint thinner would taste like. Maybe some of the food was stored beside something else and absorbed the scent or something idk. Do not recommend.

quality is slipping again at this place. 35+ minute waits with 8 or so cars in line on multiple occasions. Missing items, extremely inconsistent food (see pic, same burrito x2, the other is a quesadilla). Pretty friendly staff at the window anytime you go. The wait times and order quality are real issues at night though. I’ve seen this store do things right, and they’re awesome when they do. But the last few months just aren’t it.

While I am happy to see this store updated, I am not crazy about the all digital ordering aka kiosks and not being able to give you order to a human. I find this very frustrating especially as often as the Taco Bell menu changes. I get the point of doing this, but it doesn’t save time for the customer who is trying to find his/her favorite item on your constantly changing menu. I can’t say that it has sped up order preparation or accuracy, both areas are still lacking. The new seats in the dining area are awful, are you really trying to do away with all human interactions? You’re doing a great job, your new furniture should last another 40 years until your next update of this facility.

Ok, hate on me because I like Taco Bell. It’s good, fast and relatively inexpensive. Visited today and was confronted with ordering from a kiosk. That’s mind blowing for someone not quite tech savvy. However a very sweet very friendly employee kindly walked me thru it. She didn’t even act like I was a dummy while she did it. The store was clean, the bathroom clean, food was fast and good. So 5 stars from me. Will definitely be going back any chance I get.

Just had the worst service I’ve ever had from a Taco Bell. Just drove up to this Taco Bell in Gallatin, TN that stays open until 3:00am. Drove up to the window debating my order with my fiancé while out of now where the worker at the window said, “oh, we don’t have tacos. We do have tacos. I’m just not making you a taco party box.” I asked, then “why do you work a Taco Bell if you don’t want to make tacos?” He replied, “I like money.” While, still refusing to do his job and make tacos. That being said, I’m leaving this review to let people know the workers at this Taco Bell are lazy and do not do their jobs that we as customers are paying them to do. I will be calling this Taco Bell and speaking with his manager first thing in the morning to let them know to watch the cameras on 08/31/23 @1:10-1:20am. If he does not want to make the food listed on the menu (false advertisement at this point) then he does not need to be employed there.
