We had a reservation for Sunday brunch at Biscottis during the Jaguars game, so it was understandably packed. I had the pasta salad and sweet potato & red pepper soup, my partner had the crab Benedict, and my teens enjoyed a waffle, chicken tenders and pizza. Everything was well-prepared and tasted great, but the atmosphere was loud and hectic. Even with our reservation, it felt rushed, and our server seemed a bit overwhelmed. The food shined, but the chaos made it hard to fully relax and enjoy. We also took a variety of their desserts to go which were definitely a hit!

Favorite restaurant for locals so I was told by shop employees. The double smash burger was very good and it had a large variety of flavors. The waitress was extremely friendly and helped us pick something we would enjoy from the menu.

Made reservations for my b’day. They didnt acknowledge that or offer anything after I mentioned it when we ordered cake to take with us. Our server was great and taped a b’day candle to the container lol. Food was good (burger and meatloaf sandwich). Hubby’s choc cake was lackluster. My carrot cake was fantastic. Atmosphere inside was nothing special.

Be sure to stop by the cocktail bar before dinner — the drinks are incredible and don’t leave without a slice of their famous cake (even if you have to take it home for later!). Truly one of Jacksonville’s best spots!

I visited this restaurant based on a friend’s recommendation, expecting delicious food given its prime location. The atmosphere inside was fantastic, with a beautifully designed interior that really stood out. The staff were incredibly friendly and provided excellent service, which I truly appreciated. However, my opinion shifted once the food arrived. My friend ordered the meatloaf with pasta salad and an espresso before that, and seemed to enjoy it, though I suspect he might have been too polite to be entirely honest. I didn’t try it myself, so I can’t say for sure.

The pasta salad felt far from fresh, with a gamy and dry texture that didn’t live up to its description. Disappointed, I switched to a Caesar salad, which was an improvement—decent, but not remarkable. The burger, however, was a letdown too. It was overwhelmingly salty, and the meat lacked any real flavor. Considering the price, I expected a fresh, tasty meal, but that wasn’t the case. I felt reluctant to waste food, so I ate what I could, though it left me disappointed. Overall, the quality of the food didn’t match the restaurant’s potential or its setting. I hope the management takes this feedback to heart and works on improving their offerings.

It’s just ok for the price. I had a rather boring salad, friend had sandwich, and we shared a fried fish appetizer. “Marinated” chicken on greens with an Asian style dressing. Tasted fine but nothing else to it. No crunch, no oranges, no sesame, or anything else. Chicken and greens. Wait for food was too long for lunch on a weekday, or really for any day, considering what we had. Server was nice but unengaged. Eaten there many times over the years. Intuitively speaking, they seem somewhat uninterested these days. Almost $60 for two before tip. No alcohol.

We had Biscotti’s cater our wedding and from top to bottom, they absolutely hit the mark. The entire team was INCREDIBLE. The food was fantastic – we are still getting compliments on it from our guests. Beyond the food, the attention to detail, professionalism, and genuine friendliness of the staff went such a long way in making our wedding feel truly elite. There were so many details we didn’t even have to think about because the team had everything handled, which made our wedding day completely stress-free and a breeze. And the fact that the entire crew managed to keep the detail that the whole wedding was a surprise under wraps the entire time? Truly next level. We couldn’t recommend Biscotti’s and their team more highly!

The food is always great (I’m a sucker for that whipped feta they have on their Mezze tray). That tropical unsweetened tea? Just to die for. It’s not something that you can get just anywhere else.
I believe I may have eaten a slab of cake from there standing in my kitchen and didn’t take half a dozen breaths during the whole ordeal. Lol! It’s a nice intimate place for lunch. Fairly casual and cozy but with a high-end feel – and definitely high-end eats.

My family brought me here to celebrate my birthday with me and the food was delicious. Everything was amazing and our server was super nice & knowledgeable of the menu and explained everything well before we ordered. I had the fish bites and meatball pizza. We will come back again.
