Bang for your buck! Denny’s should be taking notes from here! Got the rib-eye steak & egg breakfast for $16. Came with hash brown & toast. Only $16?!?! Heck yeah! Steak had char marks & tasted great for it’s price

I ordered the chicken fried steak at Tom’s in El Monte, and it was nothing like what I expected—completely lacking in flavor. I specifically asked for sunny side up eggs but was first served scrambled. When I asked the cashier if I had ordered sunny side up, she confirmed that I had, yet it still took almost 30 minutes for the correct eggs to come out, and by then I was already getting ready to leave. The only things I actually enjoyed were the bread and the coffee. Overall, the service was slow and careless, and the food was disappointing. I don’t think I’ll be coming back to this place. Been coming here for over 30 years.

Customer service is fantastic. The staff is very friendly, very polite. The diner itself is always clean. The inside is very well kept. There is plenty of seating. It’s always warm and dry. Very comfortable atmosphere. The food is great. Burger’s are awesome and chicken strips are very tasty, but the fries are amazing. I however, recommend the breakfast. Waffle, pancakes and french toast are the best around. My choice: Breakfast special #3, 2 french toast 3 scrambled eggs 3 strips of bacon (Delicious) Awesome food, friendly staff and just a comfortable environment, I highly recommend Tom’s, stop by and try them out.

Hello good evening just want to share the facts with everybody out there. The quality of the food at this location is outstanding. The meat is fresh tender and delicious. The man that is on the grill is amazing has great talent and Superior experience cooking high quality food. I walked in the door and was greeted immediately by the very friendly staff they are very knowledgeable and they are there to make sure that you are fed well I am very pleased with the level of service I received at this location I will definitely be coming here at least twice a week to enjoy a good meal

They used to be good. Recently, when I order 3 cheeseburger combos, they give me the wrong burgers- it will be a thin patty with no cheese. It’s like a discounted item. Anyway, its not what i order and when I try to clarify with the cashier, she gives me attitude and says “you got the family pack ” and I say no please just the regular burgers,not the thin family pack ones. I get home, give the food to TEENAGE BOYS and they complain immediately that the pattys are thin again and no cheese inside. So I call to tell the girl she is making a mistake and the attitude she gave…I truly don’t think she understands the mistake she is making and to blame it on a PAYING customer…. I will never bring business to this place again. It was very rude and I even tried to clarify and I still got screwed. Not cool

Drive thru: Can not hear anything
Lady at the window was rude. I ordered the family pack and she only handed me the bag and said bye. I asked doesn’t it come with drinks and she said oh and then asked what kind I asked for so I told her then I told her I also requested 4 ranches and she rolled her eyes and said OH and she handed them to me and dogged me. This person should not be working there if she hates it so much. I’ve been going there for years and never had any issues and love the food
