I was just there yesterday. The customer service as far as the girl upfront and also she does the waitressing. She was amazing love her couldn’t ask for a better cashier or waitress whatever she is. But with that being said, we ended up ordering chili cheese fries they were legit cold, so then we asked her to bring it back. She was profusely apologizing. I have great hearing so I could hear either the manager in the back or the cook sound like they have an attitude saying well they gotta wait five minutes. We waited the five minutes for the chili cheese fries. They came back still mildly cold. I also ordered a milkshake and we also ordered a fountain drink. Both of them were absolutely disgusting. You could taste that they did not clean that machine in I don’t know how long. The milkshake literally tastes like sour expired milk. Do not order a milkshake from that place you will get sick. They also need to change that fountain drink. And we tried multiple sodas all of them were nasty. It’s the machine. They need to do better and mind you all of this took a good amount of time and they were not busy and everyone there was waiting super long. I wouldn’t personally recommend but their chili cheese. Fries are good when they’re doing what they’re supposed to be doing. Oh, and last thing when you pay, they asked if you would like to tip I personally wanted to tip because I really love the customer service. Come to find out if she doesn’t even get the tips. It’s the cook. It’s the tip that’s ridiculous when I’m tipping I’m tipping because of the customer service upfront, which was amazing. Not the cook. Who had my food cold ! I found that out after I tipped. Altogether just a hot mess.
