Tried here again first time in a long time. Supprise worse this time. Ordered a double cheese burger with extra onion. Looked like light onion. McChicken was mostly mayo and no lettuce hardly at all. Tried the Big Arch. One patty wasn’t cooked all the way one was burnt. And as always the fries were cold and soggy and unsalted. And of course had to be pulled up and wait for terrible food. Will be a long time before I go back to this McDonald’s if we ever do again.

I’ve had problems with my food there in the past year or so, but today I was pleasantly surprised! Everything was perfecto today at 5 pm. I think there’s a new manager and he seems really nice and on it! The younger girl that was running food out was very nice as well. Keep up the good work!

We got food through the drive-thru and it was delicious however I had to get another sandwich so I went inside and ordered on the kiosk for a quarter pounder with cheese just the sandwich. I waited for over 10 minutes for my order which I had to ask for and when we got the food home it was raw all the way through. When I asked how much longer the sandwich was going to be the manager never acknowledged me and found the burger pushed to the side and put it in a bag. So I’m not sure how long it was ready for before I asked to get it!

If you want to spend more then 30 minutes on your order this is the place to go, and once you finally get your food, pray that you have it made your way and pray that you have it all. Night shift management sucks and she is rude to customers and disrespectful to her team.

Dining room was dirty, service was bad, food tasted like it was sitting under a heat lamp, not fresh at all. Ordered chicken strips, and got nuggets in a chicken strips box (if we were drive through, we never would have known until opening the box). I usually love McDonald’s fries, but they tasted terrible. We will drive to Lafayette next time we want McDonald’s.

Customer service just isn’t what it use to be. There was no friendly interaction, not even a smile. Tje food was less than good, since when did they start serving french fry “pieces” instead of actual frys. Just disapointing.

I absolutely hate going through drive thru anymore. By the time on my receipt, until I got my food was 20 minutes. (Not including the wait time to order & then pay!)
Now dining in, 20 minutes still no food. All tables dirty & floor is a mess. No coke in fountain machine.

I was highly dissatisfied today. I ordered a Mushroom and Swiss with extra sauce and extra mushrooms. I am okay with the extra charge for these because they are so tasty, but they gave me a cheeseburger instead. I also ordered a sausage, egg and cheese Mcgriddle. I did not receive it at first, but the staff were friendly and gave me one. Unfortunately, when I went to eat it I realized they used a poached egg instead of folded. Not a huge deal, just dissapointing. I recommend going to another restaurant like Wendy’s or Burger King on Saturdays in Frankfort.
