I don’t know if management has changed or what but I just had the greatest experience at Chili’s.
The margarita chicken was amazing. The presentation of the dish was amazing. The dish was clean very well put together.
The chicken was perfectly juicy and I even got the rice and beans to be loaded.

We usually LOVE Chilis and have never had a bad experience until we went to the one in Goshen. We will NEVER be back. Our waitress took our order then disappeared until we were done eating. Someone else delivered our food. Most of our food was good, except for the chicken bacon ranch nachos. The chips were chewy and stale, my husband only ate a few and couldn’t eat anymore because it hurt his teeth so badly. When she finally reappeared, I told her about the nachos and she did talk to the manager. We did not pay for them, but she again left for about 10 minutes before coming back. Then we waited another 15 minutes for our bill and was instructed by her to pay with the kiosk. The kiosk was not set up for.paying. I waited another 10 minutes for her to come back and finally found her in the bar talking to co-workers. She took my card and then gave me a highlighter to sign the bill. We were there at 7:30 on a Sunday night, and there were only a few tables of customers. I don’t know if she’s new to this field or what the deal was, but she did not seem to know what she was doing. If she is new, management needs to do a better job training. Very disappointing Chilis!

Bad cut of meat, but the chef did an amazing job to make it taste good. It was rubbery and a lot of fat on it, not worth serving.

Tonight my family of 8 ate at chilis and the food was good. The only problem is the service was impersonal. The server takes our order on a tablet and everyone else does his job for him. As in bringing our drinks, our food, our extra sauces ect. We didn’t see the server until we were almost finished. We didn’t get any refills so we ended up sharing amongst the table. He finally comes around and brings us some boxes and then proceeds to drop the checks. I ask him, “so how does the tips work here?” He says we tip out 5% to our assistant’s. At this point I’m just amazed by this. Because me being a server for many years and knowing the hard work you put in to building that relationship with your customers and actually “servicing” the table like, pre busing, refills, taking orders, getting sauces, talking, making sure everyone is doing good and happy. Chilis has completely done away with all that. And the people who truly deserve the tips aren’t getting what they deserve. How is this even ok? I will never be sitting and dining at chilis again. I just tipped a sever for not even doing anything and it made me more mad than I can even express on this review.

My friends and I usually have a good time here and food is great but this time we were very disappointed. When we came in the host told us we can sit anywhere at the bar so we did end up taking the last booth. Well the server (her name was Sabrina!!) was not attentive and NEVER checked on us. She was talking with her coworkers in the corner for the longest time. Never once asked us how are food was or if we needed refills. Now one of my friends came back after we left bc she forgot her keys and our server was talking shit about us! Saying we ran to get the last table and that we were loud and rude. We were not any of those things!! Before left she she was being so nice and asking us to fill out a survey about our experience and we did. Don’t know if she saw the results or not but we did end up tipping, which we shouldn’t have. I’m big on service because I was a server for a long time. Do better with your servers chilis!

When we arrived we thought we were going to have a positive experience since our hostess was great when we initially walked in. But once seated and the true experienced emerged we won’t go back here. The resturant isn’t real clean, the food is terrible, I ordered my burger well done, it was pink. My drink, which was called a flamingo freeze had black chunks that looked like ground pepper or dirt in it, and I waited a long time for it even though they weren’t real busy. My spouse wasn’t fond of our waitresss because she was unkind and had a poor attitude towards us and our service was not good, she never came by to make sure our food was good or if we needed anything, we got nothing but bare minimum service and terrible food and drink.

The food was great but the waitress was terrible. She honestly just spent most of her time sitting back at the bar. No refills not even when we asked. I didn’t even leave a tip. Honestly I have never had such terrible service at a restaurant.
