I ordered in the drive thru. When I got my order I asked there was hot sauce in the bag. The young lady at the window said, “I not sure”. I looked in the bag and there wasn’t any so I asked if she could get me some. She had both hands full of hot sauce packets and reached into my window and before I could get my hands up to catch it, she dropped 48 packets of hot sauce in my car. I said there was no need for that and she smiled at me and said, “have a nice day”. So, I pulled over and gathered the hot sauce packets out of my floorboard and counted them. I took them inside and asked for a manager, young man at the counter ask, I believe her name was Christian to come to the counter. I told this lady what had happened and gave her back 42 packs of sauce. She offered to refund my order and said she would talk to her. I said I don’t want a refund but that was uncalled for. As I walking out of the restaurant, whatever Christina said to the young lady must have been comical, because she was laughing as I walked out. Very disappointment in the management and how this was handled and the fact the young lady was okay treating me like she did. No boundaries for our youth today when they are allowed to do as they please to complete strangers and the business they work for allows the behavior.

I come to This Taco Bell a lot. And tonight whoever you guys have in the kitchen needs to be retrained. Our food not only one but ALL 3 of our burritos didn’t have any sauce after we ordered extra sauce and the chicken was frozen but the outside of the flatbread was burnt. None of it was edible.

This location is clean and my order was 100% correct. What prompted me to leave a review was that when the nice lady up front, Kristina, seen that I was walking with a crutch she offered to make my drink for me and she brought my food to the table. These are just little things that may not seem important, but it is a nice feeling to be taken care of with that little bit of extra. I highly recommend this location.

We live in the area and have had constant issue with our orders here … beans put on when no beans said good thing we are no allergic… a double stacker with beef and steak !???? Tacos so soggy… we won’t be coming back to this location unless it changes I don’t think they know what they are doing

BEWARE EVERYONE !!!
This place has a pest control issue and ants are all over the dining room. I’m sure there are likely pest issues in the food prep area too.
Our food was very poor quality. My wife ordered a five layer beef burrito and got a small amount of beef and cheese and a huge amount of sour cream on a folded up tortilla. No where near what she asked for. The reason we didn’t ask for a proper replacement is because, I observed an employee use the bathroom without washing his hands and proceeded to handle tea bags and equipment around the drive thru area. They also have items such as push pins holding up their food safety permit hanging on the wall with push pins within reach of anyone and could accidentally or purposely be placed in the food prep area. DO NOT EAT HERE UNTIL THE HEALTH DEPARTMENT AND THEIR CORPORATE OFFICE HAS ADDRESSED THESE PROBLEMS !!!
Hopefully the TESLA Chargers work better than this Taco Bell.

I ordered chicken quesadillas and was basically given a tortilla with cheese, sauce, and 3 small pieces of chicken.. there was barely anything inside my taco and the potatoes were extremely hard and inedible. I tried calling the restaurant once I got home to speak with someone and the phone just continuously rang. Pretty much wasted $20.

By far the worst Taco Bell ever. After a long day of work everything is closed at 10pm. So I decided to grab something simple. The cheese Quesadilla was absolute trash. I asked for Jalapeños and I’m assuming the cook was trying to be funny and make it super hot by pouring more sauce and put about half a cup of Jalapeños in it. I like spicy so jokes on you. They only put a sprinkle of cheese on it and it was in one tiny spot at the edge. It was a soupy mess. Not to mention they didn’t even cut it. Do yourself a favor and don’t eat here.

Just went thru the drive thru. This location is 10 miles from my home. Got home and realized they messed up my order. It’s not like they were busy. The girl working the window would take only one order at a time, meaning she would give the car in front of me their food before taking my order. I’ve worked a drive thru before and that is not how it’s done. The location past my home is cheaper and more efficient but I stopped here because I drive right past them. I won’t be doing that again. One of the items they gave me wasn’t even edible. It had something very hot on it. Had to throw it away. Very disappointed. And hungry.
