All around sad to see. Burger King is my favorite go to fast food joint, but time and time again this location has blown my mind with how bad they have dropped the ball. Every time I have gone here 1 or more items have been forgotten from my order which is a honestly very simple order and task compared to a lot of jobs. The fact that your wait time at the order box is atleast 5 minutes before someone asks for your order is trash. On top of your poor service and forgetful nature’s the food is never even comparable to other burger king locations. Microwaved burgers. Cold or burnt / saltless fries. Multiple forgotten sauces as customers we have to pay for obviously. Multiple missed items from orders and the place honestly doesnt even smell good. Its a shame I gotta call out one of my own like this but come on man. Sell it atleast if your the owner so the place has a chance its in shambles and has been for months. I will not go back to this facility until it has undergone some significant leaps and bounds of changes and quality of service.

We went through the drive thru. Their side door was propped open Looked like a filthy mess inside. Employee at the drive up window sneezed on the pop machine twice. Our burgers were cold and the onion rings were cold and soggy.

Ordered the classic chicken sandwich with fries in a drink and the jalapeño poppers. Waited in the drive-through for 15 minutes, thought at least everything was gonna be hot and was gonna burn my mouth, but I was totally wrong. Everything was cold like what the heck.

Please make sure you are turning off your DoorDash orders if you are going to close the store between 3:30am-4am for breakfast because I showed up yesterday at 3:45am and waited at the speaker for 5min before pulling up and getting his attention because he did not have a headset on before he denied my order. This has caused a violation in my contract with DoorDash because another dasher picked up an order from that store later in the day so they don’t believe it was actually closed. Please don’t be lazy just turn them off cause you playing with peoples money and jobs.

Went in last night with my kiddos . Waited a good 28 mins in the drive thru lady said they was super busy inside and only had 3 workers . ( looked inside wasn’t busy at all ) I told them I wanted my daughters chicken sandwich PLAIN . Nothing on it . And then waited another 15 mins for the food . Got home and my daughter’s food had hella mayo on it and half the bag of lettuce on there .I tried to call so many times last night 12/11 and today 12/12 and no one answered ! This is crazy paid for food we couldn’t even eat cause it was wrong .

Definitely hold the place for the best burger king I’ve been to, and as someone who drives all over Indiana, that’s saying something.
I frequented this location when I used to be at Parkview and a local woods a lot, it was great then and still is. The staff Is always friendly, of the many times I’ve been here I had only one issue with an order and I got a free soda out of it so no complaints! The food is always hot and fresh, never thrown together haphazardly. I did get the eggnormous burrito and the sauce tasted like Italian dressing, I know to order it without that next time but that’s not the fault of the location. But even with it, not to bad.
Great staff who care about customer service and the quality of the food. And I’ve never had to worry about asking for napkins, or them forgetting a sauce I asked for. They are always really good with it all. Very clean inside as well, cold but that seems to be normal for all fast food restaurants.
Other locations could really learn something from how this one preforms.

Sandwich looked good, hash browns were fresh! Monica was so nice when she took my order. Drive thru was moving fast! I got everything i asked for. She asked me if i wanted a crown and it made me feel like a kid again! Definitely coming here again in the future.
