Me and my husband use to like eating here but our minds have truly changed. I don’t think we will ever be back at this location or any location ever. The lady at the cash register asked me if I needed my order taken, I said yes and she proceeded to look around the restaurant for probably 5 mins before I spoke up. She did not care to ask me what I wanted. She just stood there, looking around with her head on a swivel, scanning the lobby, in silence which was very awkward. She did not care to acknowledge what I wanted until I started just giving her my order. This was on night shift by the way. The atmosphere was very dirty. The service sucked and we waiting about maybe 10 mins for our food which was fine, but what food we got back was not. Nothing was fresh, the chicken tasted and felt like it had just sat there on the hot plate all day, the fries were very hard. The wings they just laid bbq sauce over, they did not toss them in it and the bbq sauce was cold, the wings were hard to chew. It was ridiculous. It truly sucks that I’ve had to leave a negative review because we use to love this place. Morning shift does great by the way. whoever is working 11am- 12pm, they always keep their food fresh but as soon as night shift comes in, everything is gross, they don’t care about their customers not one bit and they don’t even care to keep the atmosphere clean. This place won’t see another dime of our money again. For an $11.99 meal and that’s excluding tax, it should have been better.

It was so good. I got SO much chicken that was worth 150$, but honestly, it was SO worth it. Chicken is always warm and burning hot to the fingers. I guess you could even say… it was finger licking good. The fries were amazing. I specifically asked for old, extra salty fries and thats EXACTLY what I got. I absolutely adore the workers at this location!! I work right across the street so going to Zaxbys is quick and easy for me during my break time. I am always greeted with such kindness and smiles from all employees! They ask me how i’m doing and how my day is going so far and that shows so much about their character! This place is always suuuuuper busy and always has a line around the whole building. Service here is very slow so plan on waiting in line for about a half hour. I have been here 2 times and both times were very slow. I do really like their chicken fingers. I got double cole slaw and they should at least put them in the separate areas so it doesn’t mix and make the chicken soggy. If you pay extra for sauce, you only get a half a cup for what you pay for. They advertised on the window and numerous signs about a cookie butter milkshake which you have to pay extra for… just for them not to have it. Skip the avocado ranch sauce, nothing avocado about it.

Zaxby’s is a great place to get chicken! The drive through at this location is usually pretty quick with not more than 3 vehicles in front of you. The fries were perfect, not undercooked and not burnt either. And the chicken was juicy and delicious. 10/10 recommend this restaurant to everyone!

Very inconsiderate of food allergies. I always order grilled tenders instead of the fried because of my gluten allergy. All other locations do it no problem. This manager stated she could not and wouldn’t . Mind you, it’s no extra work you just don’t put the breading on .
