Came in at 10:15 to pick up an order and soon as I walked through the door I got yelled at that the drive thru was closed even though the door was still open and people was literally sitting down eating! Then when I go through the drive thru to get my food no drink. And to top it all off the chicken wasn’t done

Stopped for lunch, this is one we’ve not been to before. The server was very friendly and helpful. We ordered quickly then sat down. They brought the food out to us, which is not a usual thing at other Arby’s we’ve attended. The food was very good, typical Arby’s sandwiches and sides. I love the jalapeño poppers. There was nothing wrong with the food, but we gave 3 stars because Arby’s removed crinkle cut fries and Mac and cheese from their menu. These are two must haves for my wife. She does not care for any of the other potato sides so she just got the sandwich and a drink. While Arby’s is one of our favorites, without these sides, we probably will not return. But it was a nice, clean place and the server was very helpful. And the food we had was very good.

Put so much ice in drinks. Paid almost $4 for a few ounces of lemonade. Came in a medium glass and so much ice that 45 minutes later there is still a full cup of ice.

The gyros are phenomenal for a fast food place. They are also a very good value. Now let’s get to the beans and franks of this review. The Diablo dare sandwich is not to be taken lightly. I ordered one with extra sauce and jalapenos and within minutes of eating it I was pacing around my hotel like a crackhead. It is very hot I underestimated it. I have done lots of hot challenges in my day and I usually am able to mentally prepare myself so I succeed. I didn’t get that chance because I thought this sandwich was a joke. It’s no joke I am writing this review as I am splashing toilet water on parts of my butt that remain on fire the next day. I didn’t get the free milkshake to cool me off either and that was a mistake. I’m warning you don’t underestimate this sandwich.

I just came here 11:10 pm march 28 2025 HORRIBLE SERVICE MADE US WAIT 15 mins for my order to be incomplete gave me a French dip sandwich with no French dip for my sandwich my husband went back in and they said they don’t have it ….why sell something if is incomplete im pregnant this is ridiculous at least warn me and tell me you don’t have it so I won’t waste my money on something I don’t want ! And to charge me full price to get A incomplete order ! I urge to speak to a supervisor or a manager because this is not acceptable! Oh yea and asked if I wanted sauce just to not put some! HORRIBLE I HIGHLY SUGGEST YALL GET SOME NEW EMPLOYEES BECAUSE THESE NIGHT ONES SUCK AT CUSTOMER SERVICE THEIFS!!!not even a recipe they provided but thank god I paid wit my card

I visited at 8:30pm on a Friday, restaurant wqs empty, and it took 5-10 minutes just for them to take our order. Very unfriendly. Sandwich was missing toppings. Avoid until they get their act together.

My wife and I pulled into the drive thru at this location this afternoon just looking to get a quick sandwhich to get us through the afternoon of shopping. My wife ordered a Beef n cheddar plain bun, no red sauce meal. I only got a Beef n cheddar sandwhich, total $15 something. She received about a 3 inch tall tiny cup of curly fries filled with burnt broken piece fries, a very small cup of lemonade stuffed with ice, and then the shocking surprise just got worse. She opened her sandwhich and there was literally 4 (FOUR) Thin slices of beef, she was shocked. Then I opened mine to see the same, except mine only had 3 slices of beef. My wife brought the food back in and begged me to stay in the car. Well that only lasted 2 minutes and I just had to go in. They gave my wife 2 new sandwiches and had her look at them before walking out. They were almost the same only they had a few more slices on them. I remember the days of 5/$5 and the meat would be hanging outside the buns. Now, $5/ per sandwhich and I’m having flashbacks of Wendy’s commercials “WHERE’S THE BEEF”?
This store is pathetic and I will NEVER stop there again. I’ve had several visits where I got wrong food and missing food, but this was a deal breaker. I can do without Arbys in my life. Thank God another new Portillos is opening about a mile away from this junk food location. This is the kind of store that causes people to stop patronizing a franchise… I’m done !! I’d give this place no stars if that were an option.
I am sending this notification to Arbys corporate office. They need to see the amount of beef customers are getting for the outrageous prices they are charging.
