We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

The food isn’t quite how I remember from 20 years ago, I think the ingredients are probably “cheaper”. The people are very nice and on the ball. Everything was hot, made fresh, made right. They use an AI to take the orders, but I always hated that job when I did fast food (too much going on for one person). The people are still paying attention and friendly when you get to the window. Just wanted to shout them out for their good work which is less likely to be noticed in this kind of business especially with the AI. Definitely a good fastfood option if you’re in the area.

God bless the young lady who had to work all by herself , I hope she prosper past this post , nevertheless because of the lack of workers I’m assuming she wasnt able to deliver the experience I wanted. My fiance and I haven’t even eaten there in years upon years so we tried it today and we wasted 24 dollars and why did you guys change the flavor of the strawberry shake? it’s super red and taste fake now just like that rubber burger .I mean be for real the only thing that was fresh and hot was the apple pies we brought. I blame corporate for allowing this food nostalgia I had to be a bust. I want better service and my money back honestly we literally threw a whole bag of food and two shakes out in the trash at the gas station next door, 24 dollars yep . I need a refund it’s simple .

I want to give this location a NEGATIVE 10 stars!!!! Unreal how terrible this small order of fries were. The crease was so black 3 guys were looking at the fry station at 1 time. I told them after they made my order over its the crease and someone is going to get sick. I didnt want to be labeled as the black hungry woman so I didn’t request a refund or say how I really felt. I would not advice you to visit this location.

Was passing through and decided to order online. Pulled up to the box and stated I had an online order then it said please pull forward I was then told by the rude person at the window that online orders have to come inside. So not only did you waste your time but mine. Next time I will just take up more of your time while I sit there and order at the box and wait for you to make it. I had no idea you had to go inside. Maybe this should be stated when online ordering.

You can tell it’s an actual place of business now since they added words to the sign, but I feel like if you aren’t already a big fan, this place is not going to change your opinion.
I would say it looks run down and dirty, but saying it’s a checkers rally’s is kind of the same thing.
The few left open in Indianapolis are similar, and slowly dying.
Invest in your building.
Appearance is everything.

Saturday 8/30/2025. Yet again, this location never ceases to amaze me! Incredible food & outstanding service. 2 perfectly crafted fully dressed double cheeseburgers for $6.50. WHAT????

The way this place looks would make u think that the food is terrible but I promise u not only is the food excellent the service is as well. I go the double burger plain with cheese and she added cheese sauce it was the best burger I’ve ate hands down from any where. This is a hole in the wall must try place.

Long story but I went to the checkers in Madison Tennessee on Gallatin pike. Came there after I placed an order at around 11:20 or so my name is roy. You can probably find it internally in the system. The older dude there said it wasn’t in the system and then angrily shut the window and then locked it when I tried to show him the receipt. He saw the receipt looked at it and saw that it was legit and then still shut the door and locked it. I saw him walking out of the building with a bag of food right after that. Both employees were not opening the window and acting extremely dodgy and suspicious as well about it. After I drove away because they wouldn’t answer the window anymore and I didn’t want to get a trespassing charge or something like that of course my order was marked as completed. The guy clearly stole my order and tried to act like it hadn’t gone through the system or something probably because it was the end of the night and he’s still in orders that he doesn’t think people are going to pick up. I’m a military veteran and I also used to work security at Target and caught internal thieves who stole from the store. So I know what one looks like. He ran into the wrong one today because he thought that I would not report this theft. Not only does he need to be fired but I need a refund. I’ve got proof of the sale both on my email account and on the app itself. There’s also video evidence of the entire scenario on that stores cameras outside. be going to the store and contacting whoever I need to. This place needs to clean house. Update: The manager Laura was able to help get the situation fixed. She is awesome. She deserves a raise. The two guys on the night shift need to be fired before it becomes a bigger problem.

When it’s good it’s GREAT! When it’s bad it’s pretty dang bad. Somehow everything I got today was Ice cold. Cheese on burger didn’t melt at all. Patty cold to touch. Fries cold & SOPPING cold with cheese like 3 times the cheese with 10 fries. Was in line 20 minutes. I’m not picky but a cold to the touch burger w cold cheese is gross.
Other times I’ve been really impressed so I’m not sure what’s going on. It seems 50/50 with no in between…. Sorta leaning toward 40/60. I’ll give it one last shot cuz I love checkers when it’s good. Oh, had no ice cream.

Worst drive thru experience of my life. The AI was unable to take order and completely stopped responding. Was stuck in drive thru with no response at the speaker for 20 minutes in the rain. Could not maker order until I got to the window. Burger was cold.
