Had a lovely experience at Dine and Wine Restaurant. From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere felt welcoming and relaxed. The food was beautifully presented and full of flavour — you can really tell care goes into every dish. The staff were friendly, attentive without being overbearing, and made us feel genuinely looked after. It’s the kind of place where you can enjoy good conversation, great food, and a glass of wine without feeling rushed. I’ll definitely be returning and would happily recommend it to anyone looking for a quality dining experience.

We had a lovely evening at Dine & Wine, the ambience is so beautiful, we had lots of pictures taken, it’s a buffet and food was in abundance, you take what you can eat.
And guys i tired Sushi for the first time and i absolutely love it as in, i kept asking myself why haven’t i tired it until now?
The highlight of my visit is the on the stand prepared noodles by the chef, i requested for very spicy noodles, OH God!!! It was absolutely tasty.
My kids enjoyed the place the had chicken nuggets, broccoli and the desert is so nice.
I absolutely recommend this place and trust me this like the 10th time have been there

I like the food but the chocolate fountain is a chocolate that some people don’t like and want to eat so maybe change the chocolate to milk chocolate because it is more appetising for kids and adults.
Also get some better ice cream instead of just vanilla ice cream. They also need people to fill the food when it is finished easily.
Other than that the food is good so think about the things I said.

Don’t go. Gone in yesterday as a family with 2 kids and they charged us a extra ten pound by accident or purpose. We had our main food and told us that we can’t have to much and we didn’t get to have any mushroom and beef because they are limited and they said we can only have one price of mushroom and beef each which is ridiculous. Charged us a extra 5 pound for not eating all of our startera and food etc.
Dont go not worth the money had a bad stomach for ages and They are not friendly us to shut up when we asked why it’s limited when it’s unlimited food. Dont recommend

Offers wide variety of menus and most are delicious but a little bit sugary that make you full instantly and can’t try anymore. Sushi consists of large amount of rice and the biggest I have ever seen but yummy. Ginger is out of this world. Overall dining experience is fantastic due to friendly staff and great atmosphere.

I’ve been twice to this restaurant. First time was ok. Second time was great. I arrived fairly early in the service and all the dishes were very fresh. Very tasty. The staff a friendly and welcoming. Great selection of dishes and great music.
They lost a point for being cash only.

Came here today ( 22.12.2012 ) with a friend from out of town. Lovely warm welcome on arrival. All the staff wore masks and were all polite and attentive. We were here in the evening and paid the £15.99 for the buffet. The drinks are on the pricey side but the soft drinks are FREE refillable which negates any cost. There is a wide variety of starters, mains and desserts. All the food looked freshly made and as soon as an item / tray was running low it was filled up again. All the food we ate was tasty and delicious and couldn’t fault the food. You can definitely get filled up very quickly so ideal to pace yourself. We did and we was there for about 2 hrs and none of the waiting staff seemed to mind or pressured us to leave etc. A nice relaxing atmosphere, although, the music could be turned down a bit so people can have a conversation without shouting. You are encouraged to wear plastic gloves ( provided ) whilst helping yourself to the food via the spoons and the soft drinks are filled up for you ( again due to Covid ) all in all the restaurant did a great job of keeping people safe as they can. We will definitely be back and I recommend the place to anyone visiting Walsall or stopping over, just remember to pace yourself. Word of caution if it waste too much food ( eyes bigger than your belly ) they will ( it seams ) charge you for wasting said food.

went for dinner with my boyfriend and the experience was marvellous! Wide options for the food, going to Indian till Thai! It was absolutely delicious (my boyfriend ordered the pork ribs and was very satisfied while I ordered the sushi), and the service was even better. The server, Leo Weng, was very sweet and patient with us, creating an overall friendly atmosphere. Will come here to dine again! Thank you for the amazing hospitality.

If I could give zero stars I would!! Absolutely shocking customer service and the food is cold, lacks variety and flavourless.
This place excepts cash only which is the first red flag. This is the 3rd time I’ve been here and every single time the main person that you see upon entrance has been on the phone whilst taking payment.
He overcharged me first, then when I questioned it, he eventually corrected this and gave me a receipt. This is when I realised they have put the prices up charging my 2 year old £4, my 3 year old £9 and an adult £12.95 for lunch. I’ve paid more for a lunch buffet but it’s worth it… dine and wine is not of that calibre to be charging that much. The food was cold, the mushrooms and the broccoli were stone cold like it had been there all day. Once I realised that not just my food was cold but everyone’s food was and that the drinks were flat I stopped everyone eating. When I explained that I wasn’t happy and wanted a refund the way they handled the situation was absolutely disgraceful. I don’t know who the little bald guy is but he popped up from no where not knowing the full situation and was completely out of line the way he spoke to me. The waiter that was made to be in the middle and had nothing to do with it was the only person that had any kind of decorum. I’m not someone who likes to complain but in this instance I felt it was over priced upon entrance based off of previous visits but to then have food that’s cold and drinks that are undrinkable I had to say something because it’s not right. I will never go here again and will tell anyone to avoid. Save your money and go elsewhere. The prices are now over priced for what is being served. You can go to buffet island for the same price and the quality, taste, variety, customer service, food temperature and cleanliness are miles above Dine and wine.
