The only thing that has changed about this place is the newer building. It smelled disgusting in here and the service was horrible and SLOW. We waited 30 minutes for our food and the food was just okay, nothing special and honestly super small portions. We witnessed a worker take out several trash bags and go straight back to the kitchen and start preparing food with the same pair of gloves on right before we left. It was disgusting.. you can tell the workers don’t care here. We won’t be back

Currently writing this as I sit in the drive thru, I got here at 11:20 it’s now 11:43. The night crew doesn’t acknowledge people who pull up to the speaker for 10 minutes at a time. There are people waiting at the pick up window as well as the 6 cars behind me. I placed a mobile order hoping to be quick be instead I’m having to wait for prolonged periods of time for what appears to be no reason. More people need to be scheduled for the late shift if the people working can’t handle it on their own.

The only thing that changed was the building. Same slow service. I have been waiting for 30 minutes now for a deluxe cravings box. And they are constantly out of Soda. I mean what changed? Shut down for months to rebuild to open back up with the same terrible service

Just picked up an order – we waited at least 30 minutes, the order was missing two cantina chicken tacos from the cantina chicken taco MEAL, the crunch wrap was flat with nearly no meat and everything falling out, the food was cold, and the quesadilla was cut into a hack job. Was sent to voicemail when trying to call about the missing items. Disappointing. Wasted a gift card on this poor excuse for a Taco Bell.

Ordered on the Kiosk at 5:10, still waiting at 5:45 for food. Seems like the kitchen is crowded, and there’s multiple workers not doing much. Seems like 10-15 other people waiting for their food. It’s not the same after they rebuilt.
