Henry gave me great service, quick and patient with my order too since I was visiting and not much of a fast food person. Explained the salad types and confirmed everything. I only wish ff restaurant placed their menus at better spots for newbies.

Every time I visit this location I am asked to “pull forward” out of the drive thru and to their front door because something isn’t ready.
Today I was told it would be 3 minutes on a crispy chicken sandwich and I ended up waiting a total of 10 minutes before going inside and getting my food that was indeed just sitting on the counter
I will no longer be pulling up so your time looks good. If it takes 10 minutes to make a sandwich you will get that on your drive thru score. Sorry not sorry actually.

The few times we’ve gone to this particular Wendy’s the experience has left us wondering how many others are experiencing the same issues. Excessive wait time in the drive thru, excessive wait time inside the restaurant, missing items and condiments or incorrect items given. The plus is that the workers are kind and apologetic but the outcome is always the same!

We went at lunch time on a Wednesday.
Our food was fresh, hot, and awesome. My single had two cheese slices and what seemed to be a whole salad on top of the burger–that’s how much topping I got. DELICIOUS. And filling as well. My son, w ho works in the food industry, and frequents Wendy’s, said his double cheeseburger was the best he’s ever had from Wendy’s. The fries were super hot too! Thanks crew at Wendy’s! You’re doing it all the right way.

Drive-through worker almost made my 70 year old grandma cry!! So saddening as we’ve been patronizing this location since I was a child, but wow has it gone downhill. We also don’t normally leave reviews but we’ve never seen her so shaken up after something like this. To preface, we are genuinely understanding & I, having worked in food service completely understand moments of frustration. My grandma went through the drive-through this afternoon & was asked if she wanted her meal to be a combo with fries, she said okay, and pulled up, it took 20-30 minutes to make a wrap, drink, & fry, people were leaving the line from the wait. When she finally arrived at the window, the middle aged-white male worker who was sagging his pants below his bottom, wearing no gloves, and avidly complaining about working at this establishment, saying things like “what would happen if we all just walked out of here?”, was just cranky while handing her the food, (again understandable as a previous service worker) but as she pulled away she realized he hadn’t put the fries in the bag! So she went back, and he yelled that he had asked her twice about fries and “she said no” which simply never happened, but even if there was a miscommunication the next interaction simply should never have happened. He then proceeded to yell across the store at her about the fries & threw his hands in the air at her as well. He took the fries from another person’s order, slammed them on the counter, walked away, & she had to reach into the drive-through window to get them. Not only not fast food, but just hands down one of the worst customer service experiences she’s had in 70 years of life. Again genuinely we have never seen her so shaken up, he genuinely scared her & that should simply never be something anyone should experience while just trying to get lunch. Do better Wendy’s!

I ordered for a family four and……….I literally found an uncooked French fry in my sons food also did to the atmosphere was absolutely terrible and the service oh, don’t get me started this is the first time ever finding the in any of my food from a fast food chain I can’t believe this happened.

I will try to keep this just cut and dry. In the last month, been to Wendy’s twice. I had to wait about an extra 4 min.for the patties I ordered on the 1st trip.My patty was still pinkish inside. Too me, not good.
2nd trip- 1.00 for any cookies. I took 1 of each. I have those in a picture. I went back to the store to let a Mgr.know about how hard 2 of the 3 cookies were( oatmeal bar was WAY TOO HARD ) Chocolate chip cookie was just hard, they were out of any more. She didn’t offer me to give me back $2 either for those bricks.
Wendy’s has went down hill. I used to work there in 1982 for about 2 yrs whole doing some college. That was back when the salad bar was pretty new. I loved doing that. It was a great fast food place, using FRESH Patties!

Drive thru took 15 mins. Didn’t receive what I ordered and what I was given was too spicy to even eat. The iced tea also tasted like fruit flavored water. Tried calling 3 times to have them fix the issue, but no answer or even option to leave a message. Never visiting this location again.

I wish I could give them 0 stars. Everyone who works here doesn’t care about their job at all. Watching people stand around not even trying to put our order together even though we can see there is food prepared for our order. We also got 2 sandwiches and 1 fry. Unsure why it takes over 10 mins to put that together.

Ordered spicy nuggets, got regular, no taste. Wanted a baked potato, they had none. Person taking the order would rather have a tooth pulled than be there. Yikes last time for Wendy’s.
