I don’t usually leave reviews, but every time I come to this location, there’s only one person working the register and it feels very chaotic. Service is consistently slow, no matter the time of day.
On my most recent visit, I stood in line for 15 minutes for a mobile order. I ended up leaving, going through the drive-thru, waiting another 5 minutes, and receiving my food there instead.
This is the closest location to my home, but I often drive an extra 10 minutes for better service. I hope improvements can be made.

There was a crowd at the time. Everyone wanted their food now. The staff looked stressed. The acted very professional and worked through it all. Before long the crowd went down to 4 people. The food came out hot and in a decent amount of time. I enjoyed my order.

The Chicken Was Cooked To Perfection Although I’m Not A Fan of Skin I Was Able To Easily Peel It Off The Meat And Enjoy The Rich And Tenderness Of The Chicken Itself . The Biscuit Was A Tad But Hard But With A touch Of Honey I Ate The Biscuits Up Like It Was Nobody’s Business Absolutely Phenomenal. I Did Place My Order Online Unfortunately Causing Me Go Stay In The Line For Drive Through Pick Up . The Wait Was Ridiculously Long For A Simple Pick Up , They Need A Better System For Online Orders .

The drive-thru is very slow they have cars all in the main road backed up, apparently they need more help inside to get the drive through flowing. The chicken was good. However they do not sell gallons bags of teas like the other stores.

I ordered a 16-piece with three large sides to Cajun Rice and macaroni and cheese doing my ording a lady walked up and told the cashier that the chicken was old and she wanted some fresh drop chicken she pointed towards the chicken that just came out of the fryer I also stated to him if I’m going to pay $56 for a 18 piece and 3 sides and eight biscuits I wanted fresh drop chicken as well the lady was given fresh chicken I paid for my order had to wait 20 minutes before I can get my order when I did receive my order when I return home to sit down and have Popeye’s chicken for dinner and biscuits I was so shocked when I open the boxes the chicken is old seems like it’s days old and the biscuits is so hard you can’t even bite into them and I explained to the cashier and the Jamaican or Haitian lady with blonde colored hair who was cooking and gathering orders ask the cashier take them that I wanted fresh dark meat this is unacceptable here is a photograph of proof world be my judge this is unacceptable and very unprofessional

I’m so mad about this Popeyes which sucks because I love their fried chicken but this Popeyes is just horrible. The two girls working there right now are super rude, they don’t listen when taking your order and then have audacity to get upset when you tell them that’s not what you ordered. I ordered a Hi-c with my drink and I kept repeating it because they kept saying sweet tea so I then said fruit punch, she still gave me sweet tea and then when I told her once more she got upset and said “we don’t got no fruit punch “ so I said let me get some coke then please or Pepsi… they freaking gave me Dr Pepper. I asked for Louisiana garlic sauce, they said it would be 80¢ so I paid them and they gave me roasted garlic sauce…. I drove away so angry because it’s not fair how we need to pay for food that we don’t want or enjoy… it’s just not right it’s like everything I asked I got opposite. Idk if it’s because I’m Hispanic? But treating people that way ain’t right! I also asked for ketchup they didn’t put any. Luckily, I had a ketchup packet from Wendy’s in my house.

The cashier was rude and obviously didn’t want to share the specials. She did a lot of heavy sighing, LOL. I cancelled the order and reminded her that customers are reason for her employ. Won’t return to this location.

Worst customer service I have experienced in my entire life. The employees work in extremely slow motion having me waiting for my “Pickup order” for 45 minutes MULITPLE TIMES. Take out orders just sitting there with no one handing them out. They are not friendly nor professional in the least. If you’re going to choose a job in customer service, have the basic life skill of being polite. This is the only location with this service. Ridiculous! Just ridiculous!
