Here is a $4 Large Fry from this location, they screw you in the drive through. I called and got the number to “Purcell Foods” left multiple voicemails and even sent an email but they never responded. They don’t care, their business model is rip customers off. No accountability, if you pay for a product you should get the full product.

After ordering, the drive thru screen displayed an incorrect itemization. I brought this to the attention of the associate handling the drive thru 3 times — each time being told the itemization in question was correct on her end. After pulling forward to pay, I was rudely interrupted when asking about the discrepancy. The associate at window 2 also cut me off when I asked about it. Food was handed off. …after asking 5 times, the order was still incorrect. Getting an order wrong happens — but it’s the poor attitude and extremely rude service that warranted a negative review. Once I drove back, the gentleman at the inside desk apologized and issued my requested refund. Kudos to him for having the decency to appreciate my frustration and show kindness. For reference: 7pm, Tuesday March 3rd; Lane 2 Drive Thru. Seriously, listen to your customers when they tell you the screen is displaying a wrong order & lose the attitude.

The workers at the window are the only reason its not getting lower star. But I went this morning pancakes were hard on the edges and cold in the center. They only gave me 2 of the 3 pancakes that comes with the hot cakes. I didnt have time to go back to have them fix it and I didnt get a receipt. This has been the first time this ever happend to me at any mcdonald’s. I have only been to this one 4 times and didnt have a issues tell today.

I really think this McDonald’s needs a refresher course on customer service. If you’re going to have a friendly AI voice at the drive-thru taking orders, the person at the second window should at least match that same energy.
I came through around 5:55 AM 11/17/25 just to get a coffee, and the young lady at the window had a terrible attitude. I greeted her, and she looked dead at me without saying a word. handed it over, and didn’t acknowledge me at all. I grabbed my things and left.
What makes it worse is I know the window doesn’t have to be like that, there’s another employee who usually works it, and she’s always polite and respectful. So clearly, it’s not a staffing issue, it’s a customer service issue.
If someone can’t interact with customers properly, they don’t need to be the face of the window. Simple.

I stopped by this location recently and had a pretty disappointing experience. At the second window I asked for BBQ sauce, and the employee rudely told me it would be $.31 for each sauce. When I tried to pay, she rudely said that “we can’t take money at this window” and that I had to come inside. Meanwhile, I had already been told to pull forward to wait on fries. After sitting there for about five minutes, the food finally came out and the fries were cold.
This location always makes customers pull to the reserved spots, and the service is consistently unfriendly. I’ll be avoiding this location in the future

This is close to my work, so it’s convenient. But every time I go there the fries are ice cold. The sandwiches are made so sloppy and multiple times when I order the carside pick up, they take sooooo long. I actually have to go in to get it. They need better management!…well I decided to try again, big mistake!!! Food ice cold, waited 20 minutes and then had no straws, no napkins and the girl who brought it out was extremely rude!!!! Horrible customer service!!!

Spent almost $10 for a cold Mcgriddle, hashbrown, and Orange Juice which tasted like water with a hint of orange and orange colored food dye. Definitely fits into my Top 3 worst fast food meals this year. Won’t be going back

They had no OJ available for breakfast, and then I had to wait in the “shame on you” spot for hash browns and a sausage muffin, which had no flavor. When I was here 2 weeks ago the service and the food was much better. May not go back.

I’ve never had a problem at this location…until today. The cinnamon roll I ordered must have been under that heat lamp since the Obama administration. It was hard as a rock and the icing was more yellow than white. Maybe you should start putting a time stamp on them so you know how long it’s been solidifying. And, no, I didn’t go back in to complain because I got it to go and wasn’t driving back. I just know to skip the cinnamon roll next time.
