It’s probably time to sell Chick-fil-A stock since it looks like they may go out of business at any time. I had to go to the counter to get a straw for my son’s drink. No problem, just an oversight. Then, I realized I didn’t get one — back to the counter I go. Then I had to go back for more ketchup. Then, later beg for napkins. And of course — you guesed it — the bathrooms are locked up tighter than Fort Knox, so you have to beg for a code ( I wonder if that deters employees from washing their hands–ewww!).
All this going back to the counter begging for stuff did help me work off my meal. I guess that’s one way to stay slim, but it does put a damper on having a meal with your family. Also, it makes me wonder: If Chick-fil_A can no longer afford straws, napkins, ketchup, or toilet water for their customers, how in the world can they afford pest control? Ewwww!
Hey, I got a great idea! There’s a McDonalds just up the street. 30% less $ than Chick-fil-A, all the condiments you need, restrooms open, and they can probably afford pest control.

I never eat at Chick-fil-A but came with a whole class of students while on a school trip, and the service was amazing. The staff were so patient and kind with all the teenagers and went out of their way to be accommodating. And the chicken sandwich was AMAZING. I still probably won’t eat at this chain for personal reasons, but I did think this particular location deserved a major shout out. Great job!

They always get my mobile orders wrong. Never fails to do so. I’m grateful they credit whatever I’m missing in my order, but when I pay for service and food i expect to have my order right, wouldn’t you? I’m disappointed and frustrated, this is the third time this has happened to me. I just want my food right. I was supposed to get an unsweet tea, grilled nuggets, kale salad, and a small mac, and a free fry for my roommate. They gave me a sweet tea, no nuggets and double mac. Without fail they always forget something.

Dane had a hard time understanding my name. Ordered grilled chicken sandwich, but when I got it did not look like when was pictured on wall menu.
Same with the nuggets or whatever you called them. Parking very hard to find a spot. Not overly impressed with all things.

Honestly, this restaurant trains their employees to be the nicest. I have never had a bad experience here. The employees are probably the nicest you’ll ever come in contact with. Very pleasant, very accommodating. Also, lines are always super long but they get you in and out very quickly.

Great service! I always love that the employees at Chick-fil-A speak where you can understand them, and know how to interact with people! They seem quite competent! And of course, the food is always great here! Restaurant is clean as well! My favorite Chick-fil-A in Las Cruces!

Was traveling through left my purse outside on the patio and didn’t realize till 8 hours later called and the manager on shift was so helpful and found my purse described it to me made sure all of my cards were in there, the team shipped my purse out the next morning fed ex overnight double checked with me multiple times to make sure they had the address correct, they were all so helpful and extremely kind. I asked to reimburse them and they said it was their gift to me:)always choose CFA!!!!

I went through the drive though and the person never gave my card back. I realized days later when I didn’t have my card &’ called you guys to ask if you could hang onto it. A manager confirmed on the phone they would hold my debit card until I could pick it up. About 2 weeks later, I know i’m so so so busy I really couldn’t make it any sooner I went and the manager looked at me in my face with a nasty smug look and said oh we shredded it with a big smile!!!! What lovely people you have working at the establishment!! Because of that I had so many problems with my bank!! Thank you chick fil a!!!!!!!!!

When I walked I was greeted with the best hospitality by multiple team members. They were very fast and the food was hot/fresh. I love Chik-fil-a in general but the location on university has to be hands down the best. Come check them out at their haggerty and university location for all your chicken cravings
