Went in to grab some food around 7 and the food was perfect. Staff super friendly. Manager even came to say thanks an have a good night to us. Love this location.

Lunch time with a normal 5-6 cars in the drive thru and they can’t keep up. I sat for 30 minutes and only have seen 2 cars move through. The issue is that you order right next to the building so it’s almost a 1 in 1 out system- terrible planning which seems like all Taco Bell’s. The main problem is YOU ARE TRAPPED. Once someone comes behind you- you cannot get out of line. I expect this 5-6 cars to take about 45 minutes and I cant make it to pickup my small children from their school. Insane how this place can’t handle making food for a few people.

Placed order , to find out they were out of every kind of sauce and lids for the large drinks I purchased. The food was poorly prepared portions very light. I’m a regular diner at Taco Bell and know what to expect, this definitely did not meet even basic expectations

I had a pickup order for door dash and they said someone else had already picked it up, they gave the order to 3 different people just to get told that it was already picked up, mind you it was never picked up nor was it even made yet. the employee was sitting at the table talking on the phone with earbuds in and when i walked out she locked the doors on me, mine you it’s 9:50am, their doors say they open at 8am. They have been open for almost 2 hours. But still sitting on her butt not doing anything and locking the doors on customers, because she’s too lazy to do work, Never again will i come here. She was also sitting through the glass taking pictures of me.

Place frequently “shuts down early” but 90 minutes is crazy. Reasoning was we gotta do inventory. Assume accepting DoorDash orders so headquarters doesn’t find out.
Also, this location frequently has missing ingredient, typically lettuce tomato sour cream

They just don’t care here. Went through the drive-through and ordered a #3 combo, and they gave me a small drink. When I pointed it out to them, they gave me a nasty look and switched it out. Then when we got down the road I realized they had shorted us a taco. I will not be back to this particular Taco Bell.

One of the worst experiences I have ever had in my life. I ordered mobile through the drive-through, I went to the drive-through and it was not moving at all, so I went inside. I go inside to see the three employees, One standing at the drive-through window on her phone, and the other one complaining about how she’s going to close the store at 2 o’clock. There were a lot of people waiting and a lot of people got out of the drive-through line that were in it. To top it all off this is what I got. Y’all get paid to do a job, do it correctly.

I can always rely on the food tasting as I expect. And I always enjoyed Taco Bell. Of service at this location greatly increased over its past couple years. A happier staff member would significantly benefit the company.

How many things can you get wrong in one order? Wrong food. Wrong drink. Wrong condiments. Imagine having someone come in with a food allergy. I would avoid. Attention to detail is nonexistent.

Had to use kiosk to order. Tried to pay with a hundred dollar bill. Cashier stated they had no change. As we were leaving, one lady from across the restaurant said she could go into safe to make change. By that time we were leaving. No senior discounts either. We will not be back.
