sooooooo when we order nachos we just don’t get ANY meat at all?? and when i ask for quac i expect more than a half of a spoon full? absolutely distasteful. if yall cared more for your customers you’d probably have better reviews. but the fact you’re cutting the portions of your food is absolutely NOT okay and i will be contacting corporate bc this is unacceptable this is the 4th time ive gotten nachos from this place and have received no meat and barely any toppings. just chips! DO YOUR JOBS PLS. the photos are my uneaten nachos no chips have been taken from the bowl. just give people what they pay for man.

Went to Taco Bell tonight and ordered our dinner. Double checked our bag and saw we didn’t get the hard chicken taco we ordered or the big nachos as well as our drink. Knocked on the window and the guy opened it and said “we don’t have the drink you wanted so we didn’t give you one. Did you want something else?” ????? Yea and why are we missing our order? He said “we don’t got nothing” and literally closed the door. Worst experience ever. Didn’t fix anything, didn’t tell us they were out of anything – just took our money and closed the window. Door was locked. Added up what the difference was on the app and turns out they stole an extra $4 and some change from us. If you didn’t have what we wanted to order then you shouldn’t charge us for the things we want and then give us cheaper versions of it! Also – closing the window on us was beyond disrespectful even for a Taco Bell!

I came here with friends for quick food. They only have 3 people on shift and they are highly prioritizing the drive through. It has been over an hour and my one friend and I have finally gotten our food, but the last friend is still waiting while we are finished. Do not come here, they have terrible service.

Tried the new bbq chicken taco. Flavor wasn’t bad, but the piece of chicken was like half the size of the taco, and sticking halfway out of the tortilla. Did not meet expectations.

The guy on the headset tonight 9/30/2025 @ 9pm was garbage. He wouldn’t let you answer a question. Like what hot sauce you would like. He said any hot sauce? Pull around. Like bro let me talk. Then get to window and tell them we would like hot and Diablo. Do you think they put it in the bag? No! Also ordered Cinnabon delights and they gave us cinnamon twists even though the receipt said delights. Usually it’s long wait times, tonight just bad customer service! 1/10 don’t recommend. I’ve tried this one three different times and there’s always a problem.

4 tacos Supreme. And chips n cheese. Idk what tortillas they use. Just hard now… not tha same.. Cheese for the chips they literially filled 20% full. Absolutely ridiculous for 15$ can go get a gyro plate for 20$ n get 5× tha food. Disappointing.

So I went thru the drive thru and I asked for nacho supreme she gave me a Dorito loco taco supreme not even only just that the food was old if you don’t sell what someone ordered then tell them don’t just make them buy something they didn’t order then called back to tell them the just let the phone ring and they wasn’t even busy cause they didn’t have no customers when I was there should have been my key to pull right on off no I don’t want you to replace or fix the problem stop selling old food and if you don’t sell a item say something silly the meat looked like carry over meat these restaurants are really getting sad and sadder people work hard for their money

My experience with this restaurant is horrible tonight I ordered one cheesy fiesta potato and four beef Chalupa. When I started eating I found that the potatoes were cold and hard, and the Chalupa‘s were also cold and hard as if the food had just been sitting for who knows how long not even a slight warmth to the food.. I’m all for getting my food fast, but not at the expensive freshness. I won’t be coming back here.

The Cinnabon ice coffee taste like bitter water. One of my breakfast burritos had absolutely no egg and all bacon. The hash brown had to have been at least an hour or so old. It was hard all around the hash brown.

I ordered one soft taco with only beef & cheese. I got that melted onto a burnt flour tortilla. I want to attach the photo to this review but I don’t see a spot for it. Too bad.
