All I smelled was weed, employees were not paying attention, I had to reverse in the drive thru line THREE times, and they still didn’t give my complete and correct order. When I called the store they were rude and completely disrespectful and did not offer to fix anything, “take it up with the app” complete ignorance and disrespect. DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE.

What is actually wrong with this location? Oh my god.
I sat in the drive thru today for 30+ minutes….
And now my car is literal covered in bird poop because I was stuck under a tree for over 30 minutes so that’s cool.

At first I was going to give you guys 1 star because my service was horrible, but I didn’t because I wasn’t going to be petty because of one bad apple (employee). Usually I always had good service but yesterday I was annoyed but I didn’t want to have a attitude. I ordered 2 crunchwrap combos and paid for 1 packet of avocado sauce$.30
After sitting down and dumping all the other sauces out the bag, I realized I didn’t receive my sauce that I paid for. I went to the counter and I didn’t want to be rude and yell Hello so someone would come to the counter, since they were all in the back talking. The manager informed them that they had someone at the counter. I wasn’t rude all I said was I paid for my sauce and I didn’t receive it. I showed him my phone because I had an online receipt. Not only did he not apologized for the mistake, he threw my sauce at me, instead of my hand. I admit I wanted to curse him out or throw something back at him, but I didn’t. I won’t go back, I’ll go to another location. Employees shouldn’t come to work if they don’t want to work! Treat people the way you would want to be treated!

Do not order here unless you have the rest of your day to spend waiting. I’ve lived in town for 10 years and I can count on one hand the amount of positive experiences I have had at this location. I usually drive to a location that is further away from me but every time I give this location another chance I regret it. Today I ordered 3 tacos on the app and waiting 20 minutes to show up. I waited over 30 minutes after I arrived for three tacos. PLEASE do yourself a favor and drive to a different Taco Bell.

Went here on 1-2-2026. And I gotta say this was by far the worse eating experience of my life. I could make a list bigger than santa clause naughty list about how many things I could complain about. All tacos were cold, old, incorrect in all observable manor. Some was just cheese sticking two pieces of fajita bread together. Drink had no ice with no flavor no sauce my God everything was terrible. I would rather be shot in the face then ever go to any taco bell ever again. Angry my wife sent me here i knew it was wrong. Cannot understand how there was a line to eat catfood at nearly fine dining prices.

I go out of my way to order here, because this location consistently gets my order done correctly, and they are efficient. The Royal Oak location is closer to home but has, a number of times, charged for sour cream, and then not delivered. 80cents adds up over time! They’ve also added meat to my vegetarian pizza a few times. The lines also tend not to budge late at night. Madison Heights ftw!

Ordered online in the app for inside store pick up as the drive thru is crazy here! To get there and the doors are locked! You guys are a joke and this is unacceptable! Take that option off on your location! Because now I have melted ice cream from sitting in your drive thru for 45 minutes which is also unacceptable! Asked for no tomato on the chalupas and all 3 had it on there. When I pulled up everything was correct on the screen. Must have changed it after to put no lettuce. Regardless. Taco Bell people need to learn how to read. It’s not hard. I’ve worked in the fast food industry and the customer service here is something else. Whoever took the order was very unprofessional and rude. Whoever opened the window was very kind and understanding. We came in about a half an hour before closing and I understand nobody likes that but that’s no reason to be disrespectful to customers. Definitely would rather drive another 5 miles to a different location.
