Absolutely horrid customer service, was asked to pull forward so I didnt increase their serve time, when the food came out the bag was ripped halfway down the side, didnt get my drinks. Had to remind the guy 3 times on what drinks I got and for a cup carrier, he came out missing one drink and a cup carrier, then came back our with the last drink, no carrier. Had to park the car and go inside for a carrier, all the employees were too busy chit chatting and ignoring customers so I grabbed one off the stack on the counter and left. Ive NEVER had good customer service at this location, but this was a new low only attainable with a shovel and a “i can make this worse” attitude

Always a good experience at this Wendy’s drive-through. Staff is quick and friendly. Never forgot any of my food. Love going their for breakfast before heading to work.

We got 2 separate orders. For the first order i asked for nuggets with ranch but they gave me honey bbq. I also asked for a cold brew with cream, and they didn’t have it (it was also almost 12 at night so I understand). They didn’t give us the 2nd order at first so i had to beep. For the second order my sister got a number 4 with a water bottle and we had to wait for the bottle for a solid 5 minutes. I also apologize if i was being rude and i didn’t get anything from the manager except for coldness

One of the worst Wendy’s in my area. There’s always something going on and despite the rehires, it still has terrible customer service. This makes me want to eat more healthy rather than just being disappointed by utter bs.

This place has gone to the dogs. I ordered a 4 piece chicken tenders and they gave me 2 sauces…2 SAUCES for 4 tenders, and fries…And they were very argumentative and wanted to charge me 1.00 each for another sauce. SAVE YOUR TIME, GO TO CHIK FIL-A OR CANES…THEY’LL GIVE YOU ALL THE SAUCE YOU WANT AND THEY WON’T ARGUE AND TRY TO CHARGE YOU 1.00 AN EXTRA SAUCE. I HAVE BEEN A HUGE WENDY’S FAN MY WHOLE LIFE, ALL THE WAY BACK TO THE SUPERBAR ERA…THIS IS MY LAST TIME GOING TO WENDY’S. Dave Thomas must be rolling over in his grave over what a debacle this company has turned into!

I’ve been waiting online for a long time when this place should have available fast food door should be open by the time they said and they going to close they will close early for no reason they only have one employee so if you guys have one employee only why you guys are running the place that means that management is very awful so whoever runs this management Wendy’s she’ll get fired and get new management it’s a lot of money involved in wasting people time

Absolutely horrible! Knowingly served bad beverages and refused to get us a replacement. Wanted us to go in to get the same bad drinks we just received. Very poor customer service. We are traveling so thankfully we never have to deal with this Wendy’s again. Don’t waste your time or money on this place

3-9-26..7pm drive thru..$50 order..drive-thru girl who took the order and the guy who made the drinks was rude because i asked to have my 4 different meals in a separate bags…my order was purposely messed up..ever though I checked the bags, I was given cheaper items that I didn’t order and the food was thrown together..Will not be going back.
