Honestly every time I go to this Sonic it’s a good experience. The morning shift is always nice and quick with the orders, and they start the day off with good energy. The afternoon shift is great too, even when it gets busy they still stay friendly and keep things moving. You can tell the workers are trying their best and working hard. Overall it’s a really good Sonic and the service is always great gretting and good.

I was reminded today why i never go to Sonic. I decided to stop for a jr double cheeseburger. I went through the drive thru. I waited a minute and no one greeted me so i was like like Hello? Not till then did someone say anything. I only ordered the jr. Cheeseburger and i paid at 11:01 i was not handed my order till 11:11 literally the parking lot had 2-3 cars i think. Well i leave and when i opened my burger i noticed one of the patties overcooked and the other barely cooked. Looked as if one if them had been there from the night before. Super gross. Do better Sonic.

After waiting on someone to take our order we drove to the window and place the order. The order was as incorrect. The male manager came to the window RUDELY saying next time yall ask for ask for the sauce before you pay. He was very rude. Over 2 packs of relish. The transgender manager solved the issue and prepared the order fresh and correct.

Most of the young lady’s there are rude and unprofessional don’t even know how they got the job oh because even the manager is unprofessional his giving WRONG change to people after me in my family already told him the money we gave one of the workers after asking for an refund for the food we gave back because our order was messed up missing food in the bag in wrong drink size , in he still came out in gave us wrong change. I don’t know maybe the whole employment team needs to get changed. Based on my two experiences.

There was not a soul here when I came. I waited 20 minutes for a mobile order of a corn dog, fries, and drink. Lazy staff doesn’t want to walk out- literally standing at the window making eye contact with me but can’t bring me my food? Don’t have stalls if you only want people using the drive through. Got my food- medium fry not even filled up half way. Forgot every single sauce and condiments I ordered. Awful and disappointing. the picture speaks for itself with the fries because who in their right mind would give this to a customer knowing it’s half full.

All the workers are kind and funny related just make my day especially morning days on weekends when i pass for my coffe and french toast sticks love the carhops they are so kind and make my day feel better ❤️❤️

The Cook Cover with extra Chili and cheese to served me two Burnt Foot Long Chili Cheese Dogs, looked like the Hot Dogs were from yesterday and it was 10:30 am. The Manager begged me to remake the Foot Long Chili Cheese Dogs. I felt horrible all day long after eating one of the hotdogs.

I was happy to receive my meal fairly quickly. The gentleman who took my order after I parked in a stall took my order correctly and the young lady who delivered my food was very polite and friendly. My medium onion rings were served piping hot and cooked perfectly…they were the best thing about my order. The Coney chili cheese dog tasted good but a whole lot of the cheese on top stuck to the wrapper. The unfortunate thing about all of Sonic’s proteins are that they are served luke warm. This hot dog would have tasted better had it been hot instead of like it sat in warm water. The double cheese burger tasted good too with a healthy amount of lettuce, tomatoes and pickles. The meat though was barely warm, thus the cheese was not adequately melted. Sonic, why can you not serve hot food ?

If I could put zero stars I would because they don’t even deserve 1 star. I sat in the stall for 50 min! Then when I asked what was taking so long they told me they just needed one more thing to cook. I waited another 15 min! After complaining so many times they finally decided to bring my food out and none of it was hot/warm. Then they still made me pay for the food. Pure bullshit!!! Then what suppose to be tenders came out looking like this. Don’t got here they suck!

We go to this Sonic every morning to get my daughter a grilled cheese before school. The grilled cheese are the best anywhere, other food too, of course. Have to call out the grilled cheese though because it really is better here than anywhere else.
Best part of the day though is when Marvin is working. He starts the day off with kind words and smiles every day. This kind of customer service seems to be lacking in so many places. I’m also in a customer service role, so it feels good to have someone treat me like I treat my customers. He still does it better than I do. Just a genuine good person. I’ve noticed the rest of the staff becoming the same way too, and enjoy seeing them all every morning.
You guys may feel like people just drive through, but we see you and appreciate you! Thank you for all you do every day!
