Great little breakfast spot.
We got an all amerian breakfast and the Croque Monsieur. Both were spot on flavor wise. The croquet monsieur though is less of a sandwich and more of a dish to be eaten with a fork and knife. The sauce they put on it through was to die for. They need to offer it as a side to dip the potatoes in.
Restaurant itself was very welcoming. Even during the 12:00 rush with most tables being full, you didn’t have to raise your voice to talk at the table.
I would recommend for a smaller group for breakfast or brunch.

A nice restaurant with a beautiful patio to enjoy your meal. The service was excellent. I had the beef stroganoff, which was good but with a very rich sauce. The beef was very tender and flavorful. They have heaters on the patio which makes it very comfortable. They do have a great happy hour.

We called ahead to make a reservation, when we arrived we had the best service I have ever experienced. Wait staff was constantly around to ask questions to or if you needed anything. Our appetizer was amazing and then the entire was huge! I order the scallops and there was 5 very large scallops. The dessert was also incredible you could taste the fresh ingredient. I will absolutely be going back. Our experience was 10/10!

We haven’t had good Mussels and Frites in awhile and we found this place online. Well we tried it and have to say that the portions were amazing for the money, and the food quality was outstanding. Also Kelly who was our server was also amazing.

We were greeted by the owner, a warm French man, yes that exists. Arriving at 11:15 we had our choice of breakfast or lunch. We chose both menus so we could look them over. Despite being seated outdoors, with a view of a strip mall parking lot, the patio atmosphere worked. It was more like a sidewalk cafe. The crepes looked good but we landed on a spinach quiche and Thai salad. The quiche was incredible! This place was packed on. Thursday midday, and I understand why. Delish!

Owner was so accommodating for adding one more guest to our table for inside dining on a booked hot summer evening. We had the summer pre fixe specials. What an awesome deal! The surf n turf, the pork tenderloin, ravioli appetizer was wonderful! Plus dessert!!

The food and atmosphere at Si Hon Restaurant –Rancho Mirage were wonderful. The dishes were flavorful, beautifully prepared, and the overall breakfast experience was enjoyable once we were seated. However, I have to mention the very poor first impression we received from the hostess at the entrance. She greeted us with a terrible attitude, unfriendly demeanor, and a look on her face that immediately made us feel unwelcome. It was disappointing, especially given the quality of the restaurant itself. Thankfully, the service from the rest of the staff and the food more than made up for it, but management should definitely address the way guests are welcomed. First impressions matter, and a restaurant of this caliber deserves better representation at the front door.

Si Bon adds a twist to breakfast dishes by incorporating their waffles into the dish. For example they swap the English muffin for a waffle in the eggs Benedict. And it tastes great. The prices are fair for the amount of food you get. And the service was excellent. All in all, a great brunch experience.
